Jokes aside, I don't think I can remember one of the most painful times, than when I was looking for jobs, due to the amount of negative answers I got. I was never good enough for summer jobs, for missions, internships... Too inexperienced they say. It was my FIRST. JOB. FRESH OUT OF HIGHSCHOOL. Those were painful, depressing, tear filled years.

It was part of his sales pitch but could have been avoided had I just not been supportive and friendly to him; he was looking at office chairs and I was offering to help him pick one out, we got to talking about school and classes. He ultimately offered me a business card and in turn asked for mine; I realized my mistake at that moment. Sure enough he text me a long stream of info jumping right in about meeting him and his benefactor at a public location of their choosing to discuss the next steps in "changing your life forever" - I thanked him for his time but told him I wasn't interested. He was still nice about my rejection but I got a very off vibe about the whole thing; coworkers agreed I dodged a bullet and said they'd keep an eye out if he returned (he never did). Looking him up based on the business card info yielded nothing and no one.

I don't know about a Big AND Nasty, but where I went to college there was a sandwich shop that had a sandwich called the Big Nasty. It was roast beef, brown gravy, and cheese on a loaf of French bread, open faced. You had to eat it with a fork, but it was so good!
