For a moment I thought Santa Claus was crawling in the back of the truck 🤔, but then it turend out to be Jerry 🤨😆....You said, everything is melting...yes...even Jerry is, wearing his new jacket...😂 Hensons face was priceless, filling the trashcan...😁👍👏 Very glad to see Czar is recovering just perfect, thanks to your devotion! Keep up the good work!!👍👌👋🇧🇪

In such cases, a cast bandage with Rivanol helps! The tablets are dissolved in lukewarm water and this liquid is gradually poured into the bandage from above! A layer of cotton wool is wrapped under the bandage beforehand to absorb the liquid and distribute the medication better! Rivanol has an anti-inflammatory effect and ensures that the swelling subsides more quickly!

ALL RIGHT CZAR!! WAY TO GO, YOU ARE HEALING UP VERY WELL!! JUST KEEP BEING PATIENT WITH YOURSELF!! THE AMOUNT OF TIME THAT YOU THINK YOU NEED TO HEAL UP IS NOT ENOUGH. YOU NEED A LOT MORE TIME. TENDON, CARTILAGE & MUSCLE NEEDS MORE TIME TO HEAL THAN BONE. BE PATIENT MY BOY, TRUST ME. TRUST YOURSELF & TRUST YOUR 'MOM' & 'DAD'.

A famous Thoroughbred stallion, Nureyev, broke a hind leg when he was 10 years old. He was put in a cast, kept in a sling, the leg healed and he lived another 14 years. A Kentucky Derby winner, Swaps, broke a hind leg at 4, was also in a cast and sling until the leg healed and he lived into his 20s as well.

His mortality insurance was paid off by Lloyd's of London because of the severity of the injury, but after that Lloyd's decided to try and save him. And they did. Wrapping tip....start at the bottom and wrap towards the top, also make it snug but not too tight. My horse injured his hock, tore the skin off so got better at keeping it dressed. Also I was a nurse for 48 years and encountered many wrapping challenges.🙃. I love watching your videos as I have spent some time in the desert around your area....thank you for sharing your lives with us!!

Tip #2- Careful on horse legs about wrapping elastic product to tight without a roll of cotton underneath. Let cotton pop out about an inch from edge of elastic wrapping. Prevents lack of circulation. If no open wound, can reuse the cotton between wrapping checks etc. Tip passed down from my (DVM) dad. Soooo glad Czar is doing so great. He’s a good boy and very loved.

Sports Trainer. That knows horses. They can buffer the hide as well as use the tape for proper tendon support. Sports tape, elastic that works well with the specific joint. The volleyball people use it alot for their shoulders. It's placed just where it is needed for support and compression of all the places that bend. Just an idea. Czar does look wonderful, considering. Shiny beautiful coat, even in the snow and injured! What a great job you guys have done! 🤠 Renee and Brewster in Colorado!

He looks great. So great!!. Is Czar being hand walked daily yet? Hand Walking is excellent for healing legs. Hind legs need to be wrapped from the coronet band upward. Hock wrap will NOT do its job without lower leg being wrapped first, keeping hock wrap up and in proper position. First Do a pastern wrap, then second a cannon wrap, then the hock wrap. They will stay up this way and improve circulation and improve healing👍🏻I am looking forward to seeing the Xray ❤️🤠🙏

Deer at the winter feeder a non profit project not a hunting feeder come in limping on their tripod three legs because they feel hard on the ice. Usually they are forced to naturally adapt and it takes months of limping and a whole season to overcome the injury 🤕. So good luck I am sure it's about the same for your horse 🐎.

You guy's are doing awesome!! Firstly love watching your channel from over here in New Zealand 🇳🇿 I've dealt with a few breaks and horse's with broken hip/pelvis. Just some tips after all your hard work don't rush to get him moving. Do 8 to 10 weeks complete pen rest then double the size of pen for 4 weeks and start doing short walks but after xray are done. Walking to soon will keep it weak and won't heal as well. Doing the strick no moving now sets you guy's up for a long term future with him. Definitely Don't attempt Ai as its way to much weight on the joint and wrong move mounting on or off the dummy will risk everything you are doing. Just hold off till next season. Some boredom tips we used a apple in water bucket. Slow hay feeder net's. If can change pens for new smells Clicker or some trick training in teach to smile, touch witch can lead into other tricks when better. Do lots of stretch training to keep muscles relaxed and moving. Keep up the hard work you are doing and hopefully a few tips to help 💜
