My grandpa and I used to shoot groundhogs when I was a kid. Granted that was a .410 shotgun inside the city limited, yeah we riled up the neighbors. If you ever want some help clearing them out I'd be glad to show up with my Marlin 22A suppressed and get them buggers. Good times and nice work. You have me convinced I need a .223 or .22 WMR added to my collection.

I like their 9mm handguns, the CZ-75s are all steel pistols which can take 19rd magazines and can be fired double-action.

Cz 452 was excellent. The 455 not so great. Looks like they're back on track with the 457.

I have the cz 527 in 7.62x39 and the cz night sky in 223 or 5.56 and they are sweet little rifles. I'm absolutely getting one of these

I got a cz 512 about 6 months now. i love the accuracy. i have a bunch of 22lr rifles, but this 22wmr is now my favorite 22.

Really enjoyed the video. Glad KZread recommended your video to me. Pretty cool gun. I have A LOT of groundhogs around my place and I have always used either my .243 or my AR. Your video made me interested in getting a .22 mag.

As a teenager, I used to kill ground hogs in my father’s winter wheat 🌾 fields in the spring with a Browning BAR .243 Winchester. Killing the ground hogs in the spring prevented the hogs from destroying the soybeans that we planted after the wheat was harvested. I learned a great deal about shooting hunting those pigs. Had a great time and lots of clean country fun.

Because of your first video of that gun I picked one up at midway USA for 530$. It’s a awesome rifle great wood too.I got the one without iron sights tho. I absolutely love, love, love it!!!! Going to take it upstate NY for Red squirrel 🐿. Wish I knew a spot for wood chucks. Mine is very accurate too 1/2 inch group at 50 yards. Used CCI game point 40 grain.

The game points are good all around. They are my go to for my Marlin 925 as well.

I like the hornady 30 grain v-max as well.. The 22 mag is awesome

I wish I had more of the vmax. They were the most accurate in this rifle out of all the kinds I tried.

Beautiful Rifle, but for those wood chucks I prefer your 22-250 and 6.5 work. In Western Canada here the 22 mag filets prairie dogs 10 feet into the air. Unreal!

Wonder if they are available here in Australia ....

I want to try this in my Rossi / Taurus RS 22 -M.22WMR .Use gun grease to lube the Bolt and you will have no more problems.

It's a semi-auto, you have to oil the bolt or like you said, it's the magazine!

I’ve never oiled the bolt. And I really do think the issue is with the 5rd mag not having enough spring tension. Although I will say I don’t think a light coat of oil would hurt anything

22 wmr ammo are so dam expensive in my area.. for accuracy i still prefer 17 hmr. If cz could make the semi auto in 17 hmr, i would probably buy one. But if you have access to low cost 22 wmr ammo in bulk., sure..

I let the hawks and buzzards have them. Or what ever else that eats them. A groundhog carcass never lasts very long.
