Never learnt oxidation in such fluid way thankuu
Great Video... Only thing I noticed was the name of the first molecule " 1,4-epoxybutane"... Thats not very common in O-chem books and lab settings... Its more commonly referred to as THF(tetrahydrofuran)...very common solvent

can there be a diepoxy - compound?
Would 2, 4 epoxipentane be more stable? (Obviously it would be names 1, 2 epoxipentane, just named it that based on your carbons above)
What if we had a substituent attached in the last example?
Him What about if we have a cyclohexyl phenyl ether, what's the IUPAC name in that case
So does anyone know how to name the first cyclic ether in common name???
