"Performance has finally stabilized. However, there is still some occasional stuttering. The video was captured at a resolution of 2560×1440. Although I have installed many mods, the performance is more stable than vanilla. I have listed the most effective mods at the top of the list below. Among these, the mods related to stability were particularly important. The Psycho Crowds mod seems to optimize the flow of crowds and traffic at different times of the day, and it also stabilizes the FPS. The Ultra Plus mod has significantly reduced stuttering by using only the VRAM configuration files. Similarly, FSR mods seem to greatly improve stability during high-quality gameplay. Thanks to these performance-related mods, I can also use texture mods, which is much appreciated."
