I've settled down to install mods for this game, so I've been wandering around JAPAN TOWN to try it out, and the FPS is stable around 90~120. I mainly installed mods for traffic system, population density, and graphics. By the way, the car bug in the game (Mizutani Shion's horn keeps honking issue) is really annoying.
I was using a PC with RTX4070, but since I could not run this game properly, I replaced it with a PC with RTX4090. I had to do this to get this game to run properly. But the replacement was a success. Now the game runs smoothly even with path tracing turned on and the highest quality setting.
