No stupid music and provided nice details. Easily got my thumbs up!
The bone marrow is totally good ! That "steak" is like a "relish tray" on the table with multiple choices !
The old 96er! Love the obsidian knife.
You guys are absolutely the BEST!! Take care & God Bless you & all your family!!
Used to every time you went to the store you could find round steak in the meat department. They were usually cut 1/2” to 3/4” thick. My mom had a recipe that she rolled it up with celery, onions and other spices inside.
Good gravy, that's a monster of a steak! Looks delicious!
Love your guys care in explanation and expertise. Thanks for making and sharing, a lot of childhood memories here.
I love this! finally someone makes this steak cut. BRAVO Gents!

Can’t believe how good informative and interesting these guys make these videos👍
WOW! That steak looks awesome. When I think of big steaks, my mind always goes back to the movie, The Man Who Shot Liberty Vallance, where the sheriff, Andy Devine, sits down to a humongous steak with potatoes and then, orders another. On the Cuff of course. You folks are very good. Thanks for sharing.

The great outdoors was filmed at Bass Lake, California. I worked at the restaurant that catered the crew and set. One night we cooked the biggest lobsters I have ever seen. John Candy couldn't get up on the water skies. It was a great summer.

So miss my fellow Canadian John Candy! 😅 Thank you so much. Love your channel ! I’m sure John would have enjoyed these videos as well; with a Canadian beer. Lol

I love that movie! I've only seen it once. I need to find a hard copy of it!
Something about watching an expert in his/her craft. Making it look easy is all about the subtle confidence, and nailing "it" on the first attempt. Being right next to, say, a big league baseball hitter hitting of a tee compares.
Who would've thought that stuff in Movies isn't real, no way!!! (insert bewildered Caveman face here) 😂
After seeing that episode on the great outdoors movie, I love these guys.😂
Good day to all, a great piece of life to all.
As always excellent video. How did you guy's come up, with you're seasonings? They are all delicious. Do you try them at home and then make them?
That looks Amazing.
I could eat it all at once. With huge loaded baked potato and crab cream cheese stuffed portobello mushroom.

Day was I could too . The salad , the appetizer , steak , and sides , dessert, and still be hungry . I can still put a hurtin on one but that cuts both ways now .
Can you imagine if you never had to scrape another piece of meat again? We will be in touch soon. Love the channel, keep up the great work
What a nice piece. Yum Yum.
Love that your spice doesn't have any sugar, on a carnivore diet, that's important so clean spice options are nice to have!
OMG that's a big ole thing and it looks delicious.
Hey watching you guys from Colombia your the best
Looks a lot like the Brock Lesnnar blend. Yummy

Over here salivating just watching this. Id be in a meat coma from trying to eat even a half of that it looks so good. Skip the turkey on thxgiving, we putting cow on the menu
In South Africa we call this the Texan steak. Usually buy them vacuum packed in a marinade, delicious!
O M G THAT LOOKS SOOOOOOOO GOOD..........
I've wanted one of these forever
I was planning on making pastures for horses. Starting to think about raising cattle as well.
When we raised our own beef years ago we always got round steaks. That looks great
Something I've never seen before, damn that looks tasty, one day ill try this!
I've got one left from last year's butchering. I bbqued one last summer and it was fantastic. Our steer was about 2500lbs and the steaks were around 15lbs each.
Keep up the good work
Great video guys...I'm slobbering like a caveman😆
Black is my favorite spice blend of yours. (I bought the big bag... I think it's 4 pounds) I love it on steak and potatoes!

In South Africa it is called a Texan steak. Usually sold covered with hot spice...
Making my mouth water
I did a 96'er prime rib roast for valentine's day and there was no way we were finishing that in one sitting. Thanks for the Great Outdoors reference. I need to watch that movie again.
Muito bom.... Aqui no Brasil sou açougueiro e adoro cortes especiais.
Growing up, we used to get "Round Bone" steaks, which were obviously from that area. Man those were so good grilled. Where did those steaks go in the markets? They were considered a "cheap" cut back then, but they were tasty. We also had "English Cut" steaks (they had little 'rib' teeth on the edge), and rump roasts. Some of my favorite meals were made from those cuts, and you just can't find them in the stores any longer. Same with the cheaper cut of beef we used for Beef Stroganoff, can't remember what it was, but slow cooked in a dutch oven...oh so good and tender.
Way too well done for this girl. more rare please
This randomly popt up and im addicted now
That's my kind of steak, can't afford to buy it anymore here, just way to much for me on a fixed budget. But that looked amazing and there's no doubt you guys enjoyed it, thanks for the drool fest!! Love all your videos, from east TN ❤❤😅😊

The actual steak cuts are always priced at a premium over more mundane cuts like roasts . Top and bottom round roasts are pretty damn good when cooked on a grill like a big steak , and , usually cost less per pound than steaks do . Keep your eyes open for store specials . I grill several big roasts every year .
I remember when I was young the round came with the top and bottom and the round little bone in the middle for the dog. Gramma would make swiss steak out of it, and it was delicious. She made fresh bread with every meal, and there was always dessert.
It’s funny. I’m on the Carnivore diet and was just asking Doc Baker what cut he’s eating and you guys cut the caveman! I think that’s what he’s eating!! Thank you both, love your videos!
Oh my god. You guys are killing me with that delicious steak.
I was a meat cutter for a supermarket chain bought by Safeway the had us cut these steaks they didn’t sell that well
Looks yummy. Love you guys ❤
Ahh the good ol’ round steak. Quite a good seller back in the day. The Tom and Jerry steak! 😆
I feel like these have become an infomercial. I used to love them
That looks great
Wow! I always wondered where the Ole 96er came from. Its pretty neat seeing all the cuts in it after it is cooked. You should do a cooked whole hog butcher video. Every time ive gone to a pig roast it's just people hacking away at the cooked pig not knowing what theyre doing.
WoW! - At 12 lbs - CaveMan for sure! Can you tell us a bit more about the new rub? - It looks amazing - Salt - pepper - garlic - onion - smoked paprika? Only good for beef? - Cheers!
Just have to say you guys are amazing

In my teens/early 2os, I would have probably eaten that and been slightly comatose for the next 12-24 hours, but these days, I could only eat a fraction of that, but it looks wonderful!
I just got a half beef (800 # carcass) last week. Wish I had seen this before they cut it up. Would LOVE to do one of these for 4th of July on my new Big Green Egg. 👍
