I really appreciate the idea in using the Apache case to hold everything. Very smart idea for keeping a rather expensive piece of kit, nice and safe! Thanks!

We found on a 7 day trip boil a pan of water and it to the 10 litre $15 bag shower and the shower head has a spray limiter to reduce water. 2 of us showered under it. I like the compact idea of this and water saving maybe, maybe arrive at camp with heated water ready. I'll maybe invest later.

I highly recommend this. Been using the non-heated version for more than a year now. I mainly use it for showering. Sets up fast & easy. Compact & easy to store. Very efficient on water.

I wish it had like a y split so you wouldn’t have to disconnect the sponge to rinse

Interesting. We baby wipe it or face cloth bath, but this would be good for that longer trip off grid

Very cool set-up, might have to try one out. Is the amount of water coming out adjustable?

Nice. Yes there is a adjustment knob on the hose with click indicators. It’s the bomb.

So.. its electric and takes 25-30 min to heat to 100. Cool all in one unit, is the water chamber vacuum insulated? I use a GoSun Brew to heat water or the GoSun Fusion with a Nemo foot pump shower. Not going to lie, this saves a lot of water in comparison to my typical 10 minute 3 gallon hot showers.

It is really cool. I don’t think it is insulated but you use it quickly so I don’t think it’s an issue.

They seem to be a great idea but are frequently returned to rei with broken parts.

What parts are breaking. I looked it over and can’t really see any failure points. Obviously I didn’t disassemble it.

Hot shower? You mean lukewarm sponge. Myself and my family were really excited about this product as it seemed like the perfect solution for our Overland rig and for use after scuba diving. Unfortunately the concept of the 12 volt heater is highly flawed and if I have to boil water there's much cheaper systems. I've never been able to use the 12 volt system to heat the water above 95 and unfortunately it gets worse from there as the thermostat gets stuck in that position and will not continue to reheat the water unless I pour all the water out and fill it with ice cold water to reset the thermostat highly inefficient. If you wait more than five minutes after the light comes on you are taking a 90° sponge within 20 minutes it's about 85° definitely not what I would describe as a hot shower. Most disconcerting of all is the fact that a quick Google search found that I was not the only one having this problem which means the company must be aware of this flaw and is continuing to ship a defective product. Now I'm out well over $300 for a fancy lukewarm sponge.

Oh man. Honestly this is the first I am hearing about this type of issue. I haven’t experienced any of those kinds of problems. Have you reached out to Geyser. They seem like great guys that would want to get your unit back to check it out.

I returned one because of the thermostat not resetting. The replacement is doing the exact same there. It would be the perfect solution for me if it worked.
