Chris has repeat customers because of his inpicable work. Always listening to what the customer wants but isn't shy in telling the customer the dos and don't s and explaining and suggesting to them his point of view but the customer is always right even if there not. Great job, Chris.

You sure keep Mr. Donnie busy hauling equipment back and forth to jobs - even those for Geoff Enterprises. Where I grew up, people took places that were old dairies during my childhood and made them into 1980s housing subdivisions.

2D Grade Control...One pass...On Grade. Locate the benchmark...Set the right tip, center or left tip of the blade on the benchmark....Press enter. Engage 2D Auto...the dozer blade will automatically adjust to the benchmark grade. If the dozer has cut a large amount of dirt to move...disengage 2D Grade Control. Assume manual control...cut to approximate grade. Engage 2D Grade Control and continue. 2D Grade Control can also be used for Percent of Slope and Percent of Grade (Increase or Decrease).

Amazes me that with all this good clay you have; you don’t build in brick…or maybe you do and I haven’t seen it? :-) So many of the houses and bungalows you have look so flimsily constructed with the kind of timber better suited for a bookcase. Is it because you anticipate replacing them far sooner than a brick built house maybe?
