So far ahead of the pack. Curve would find their true place and appreciation among the metal crowd these days. They were seriously heavy and sound as fresh and vital now as they did 30 years ago, unlike most of their peers. A phenomenally talented band with an absolute goddess of cool up front.

Years of KZread rabbit holes, hundreds of different artists and this is the first time the brilliant Curve popped into my recommended (from within a Cocteau Twins mix). Honestly, it must be 10 years since I've heard this banging tune and was singing along like it was yesterday. Somehow I'd forgotten about the band. Now I've gotta find the album this track was off again.

@@benedettobruno1669 Glad to chuck some new bands your way. I am sure you are aware that Liz Fraser from the Cocteau Twins sung on an amazing track called Song To The Siren by This Mortal Coil. If you do not know the track it shows her vocal brilliance away from the Cocteau's. She also collaborated with Massive Attack. I used to sit up after midnight night after night for years in the 80s and 90s listening to a famous Brit DJ called John Peel who played, basically, everything that the mainstream radio programmes would not. He was a legend among people like me who were into indie, Punk and Reggae music to name a few types. I am now almost 60 but still have not lost my love for new bands unlike all my friends who cannot be bothered any more. Also, before I forget, a band called Xymox and also Clan Of Xymox created some amazing tracks from the pop like hit called Imagination to much darker gothic offerings. Have fun exploring Bruno.

Nowadays I also listen to his son Tom Ravenscroft on BBC Radio 6 from my home in Sicily - ah! the joys of the internet! Clan Of Xymox you say Nick? The best band that ever came out of the Netherlands I reckon!

I never stopped listening to Curve since their singles came out! My favourites from them are all early releases such as the gloomy "Ten Little Girls" with JC001, the classic shoegazing "Coast Is Clear", the powerful "Clipped" and "Fait Accompli" and the fabulous shining "Horrorhead". I still have Curve videos from MTV Europe's 120 Minutes with Paul King, and everytime I watch them I still feel like it was 1991 or 1992, with all the other bands of the time such as Lush, Slowdive, Ride, etc.

Have every CD released by Curve. Even have the solo stuff of Toni's and State of Play and Recoil. Paid $200 U.S. for the Superblaster single. Rare as hen's teeth back then. I love the lyric about insomnia in Fait. The most perfect description of a crippling condition. This song gives it a sense of beauty. I love Shirley Manson and Garbage , however , kind of think they took Curve's sound and made it more marketable . Good luck to them I guess.

Light years ahead of the game... love Oasis "Definitely Maybe" but these bad girls/boys were pushing the acoustic envelope two years before. Hard edged blasting bass & reverb, set against a Soft Cell darkness, and a massive sound intelligence. Pure bass, clean vocal, and a frankly perverse heavy edged guitar sound that, fell (FELL) against the vocal mix ... get in!

What a shame, I did not know this gorgeus band... But other thing is that now in 2015, when there are less interesting bands, it is a treasure to discover something new from the past. At this moment I like this song most os all, and video is also good) It goes good with music.
