I love seeing recipes using the neck and foot parts of animals. They have so much collagen and gelatin which gives dishes a lot of depth of flavour. Keep up the good work!

+Bernadette David the ones I get usually cook perfect together . if you want you can add the feet first then the neck once they start to get tender.
