Honestly her recommendations are always excellent, honest and unique. So many KZreadrs recommend absolute garbage or cheap Amazon/Temu crap that they claim are good buys but are so low quality and look so different irl. Hands down my favourite recommendations come from Marlena!

AG1 will not give the full amounts of nutrients you get from whole fruits and veggies. I’ve been in the natural products/supplement industry for 20 years with a degree in life sciences. However AG1 is properly certified and tested thoroughly for lead and heavy metals. I do recommend AG1 to those who don’t eat enough fruits and veggies because they use high quality ingredients 👍🏼

Hi Marlena, just a note on the candle. According to my HVAC company, burning candles with the wooden wick is very bad for your air systems. They produce a soot that is unseen but coats the walls and furniture. I would check it out with an HVAC person. I use to burn this type of candle until they told me to stop. I do enjoy your deep dives into products.🥰

I got the Mario pallete neutral. It is the absolute best shadow that I have ever used. Love every single shade and sooo smooth. Does not bring out the texture from my 64 year old hood eyes. Worth every cent.

I love it!!! There’s neutrals, purples, soft glam, and big time glam. When you blend the neutrals with the purples it gives the most incredible pretty grungy look, in a great way!!!

I got that almond milk last week to use in my coffee and it's really good. I usually can't stand almond milk..very bitter..this one is creamy and tastes amazing

Another gluten free cereal that’s amazing (and also at Costco!) is Catalina crunch. It tastes just like Cinnamon Toast Crunch. It’s also keto and sugar-free because they use stevia instead of refined sugar.

That was interesting to know about the Huda palettes as I find the shimmers in the smaller palettes literally disappear after an hour or 2 on my eyes. The all matte ones were the best of her 9 pans.

Marlena, you're gorgeous in this video. I adore you. I like some of your suggestions, except for the items with sunflower oil. There is a ton of research on the hormone and endocrine disruption with a lot of oils. My suggestion, find the treats cooked in avocado oil for higher heat, stay away from the sunflower oil in foods you consume. Just thought I'd share a tip, I learned the hard way. ❤LOVE❤ ya.🥰
