I feel like Blind Specter is the ONLY character in the game who doesn't look like they are from the 1930s Blind Specter looks like he is from early to mid 2000s animation. Everything in Cuphead is beautifully animated however, possibly the best looking game of all time (in my opinion)

There are a few game moments that just gives me chills, mostly in The Legend of Zelda games, but all of them are in games I’ve played. However, the perfect timing of the music with the final phase in this video gives me chills even though I have NEVER PLAYED THIS GAME. Now I want to get cuphead, just for the off chance I manage to get the timing right, if I ever manage to make it to this fight of course.

I beat all phases with the chaser

the boss is pretty easy by a late game boss standards. phase one, stand at the edge n use the red three way shooter n parry. second phase, same weapon with easy dodging. third phase, one of the heads can be done quickly if using same weapon. third phase, parry the bulb n use either chaser or same weapon with the spill super power

I just noticed that the pipes that the ghosts come out of have teeth.

This boss always took me forever. Let me tell you why. I’m using the chaser so I can hit the train and t bone better, and also the spread to I can deal with the blaze brothers and t bone. I can get past the other stages just fine, but the blind specter always takes me the longest because of the chaser. 1-it locks onto the eyeballs and the pumpkins first, 2- they barely do any damage anyways 3- I always have to use my cards to form a shield I swear to god, I remember having one run being 4 minutes long because of that first phase

Also I have a tip. Tip: when you get to the two head guys and the ghost laucher, make the cart go to one of the sides and go to the vary corner of the map. Then lock in place there and turn on red finger gun. Then shoot in that updown position and you'll NEVER get hit. But you have to keep shooting.

I don’t think it was ever confirmed what they are. But in the sound files, they’re called lollypop ghouls. I don’t think they are actual lollipops, they might just be nicknamed that because of their appearance.

For arsenal I recommend the use if you have DLC use the converge and the crack shot for this boss with super art 2 invincibility those 5 seconds of invincibility will help out a ton with the heart ring charm to gain more health as you parry For non dlc users I recommend the use of the roundabout and chaser shot with the super art 2 invincibility with either the coffee or automatic parry charm called p sugar For my roundabout users shoot backwards and duck as you shoot the blind specter will never hit you After the blind specter shoot diagonally downwards so that the shot goes round about and hone in all the way to hit the boss this is one of those moments where if not all the bosses are above you. Up until you get to the final phase since you will need to move around a lot switch to the chaser shot to hone in on the target. As well as use invincibility when things get rough For converge users shoot forward while pressing the lock button to narrow the spread and you could very easily take out the blind specter with this shot. Parry when needed to get health and as well as you fire use converge for the fight til the final phase here use the crack shot and it will net you better results due to its higher damage output with the cracked shots use invincibility when things get tough

The ghost is called "Blind Specter". The skeleton is called "T-Bone". The piston guys are called "Blaze Brothers". And the train at the end is "Head of the Train".
