Today, I'm going to make a beautiful fruit jelly cheesecake with a whole cheesecake inside the jelly.
After all, the color that nature gives is very beautiful.
Even if you don't have a special decor, just attaching fruit makes it such a beautiful cake.
Cheesecakes that don't usually bake are too creamy, so if you've been burdened with it, try making this cake.
You will be satisfied with the proper cream and sponge cake.

If you want to use gelatin leaves, please subtract the amount of water measured together.

(237ml = 1 cup)
♥ Fluffy Vanilla Sponge cake
(Mold size: 15cm*7cm)
Egg 3
75g sugar (1/3 cup + 1/2 Tbsp)
A pinch of salt
3ml vanilla extract
20g honey (1 Tbsp+ 1 tsp)
30 g milk (2 Tbsp)
95 g (1/2 cup + 3 Tbsp) cake flour
30 g unsalted butter (2 Tbsp)
♥ Cheesecake full of freshness
270g cream cheese (1 cup + 1/3 cup)
160 g unsweetened yogurt (3/4 cup + 1 Tbsp)
95 g sugar (7 Tbsp)
5ml Vanilla extract (1 tsp )
10 g lemon juice (2 tsp)
7g powdered gelatin (1 Tbsp)
35g water (2 Tbsp + 1 tsp)
150g Heavy cream (50% whipped) (1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp-before whipping)
♥ Transparent lemon jelly
75 g (1/2 cup) powdered gelatin
375 g water (1 1/2 cup + 1 Tbsp)
750 g (3 cups + 2 Tbsp) hot water
250 g (1 cup + 4 Tbsp) sugar
50g lemon juice (3 Tbsp + 1 tsp)
♥ Used fruits
Strawberry, kumquat (not orange), dragon fruit, mango, Shine Muscat, red cherry, kiwi (for insert)

Thickness: 0.08mm / Width: 1M
Characteristic
PTFE Coated Glass Fabric

@@roseeleni7696 that too! 😅🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 but I wasn't sure if they were kumquats, and those the skin is actually meant to be eaten, thats why I didn't mention it 😅 But if they're just small oranges like the cuties, then yes! It's gross those weren't removed either 🤣

Yes just make sure the gladwrap is wrapped up and I use Elastic bands I pour a little in and if I see It leak a bit I just put that into the fridge to make a seal and then pour the rest of the jelly in with a spoon best of luck

Oh it does don't be afraid and make it if it leaks jelly then wipe it up put it back in fridge for 30mins the top it up with the rest of jelly it's so much fun and satisfying to make and eat

En español se dice "viral" a un video cuando se difunde mucho, es una metáfora. Es un cumplido que lo digan y más que lo repliquen. "Desmentir" es solo porque ella prueba si puede hacerlo. Saludos

It's hard to make such a perfect jelly fruit cake, it's even hard to draw it on paper with colour pencils, but it's incredible pleasure to watch Boone Bake and, at least, hope one day I'll do it as well. ♥️🌈♥️🌈♥️🌈♥️🌈♥️

No quiero sonar irrespetuosa ni nada, pero parte del contenido de Caro se basa en hacer recetas virales... Ella trata de hacerlas y nos muestra como sería el resultado de alguien que no es profesional en pastelería! Si te molestó que ella mostrara que no le salió, me parece que no entendiste bien la dinámica. No muestra el resultado para difamar tu video/canal, lo muestra para que podamos ver como a alguien, que está aprendiendo poco a poco, le van saliendo recetas complicadas!

Hola No la odio Hablé cortésmente y ella no respondió a mis escritos y ocultó mis escritos varias veces. (Si oculta el texto, solo podrá ver CARO TRIPPAR). Entonces, no puedes ver mi escritura. Creo que es correcto que ella me responda en lugar de hablar con otros en Vlog. Todavía no he recibido respuesta. No quiero que mi pastel se describa con la palabra "pastel de viral". Y no quiero que mis videos se vuelvan a editar sin mi permiso. Por ejemplo, imagina que alguien no autorizado reedita un video que creaste y lo distribuye con un título odioso. Este es terrible. He intentado durante mucho tiempo hacer este pastel. Para producción de videos y recetas ... para todo ... Y para completar la imagen final, se toman y seleccionan cientos de tomas. Despues de leer su punto entiendo lo que hizo.. le llevo tanto esfuerzo su pastel que es algo feo que ponga en el titulo: desmintiendo receta. Nosotros lo entendemos porque sabemos la dinámica de sus video y sabemos que el hecho de que a Caro no le salga no siempre quiere decir que la receta es una mentira. Pero bueno solo eso, que entiendo su parte y no entiendo porque caro no le contestó, eso ella no lo dijo
