Training begins at dawn, no matter what. The Cuban Boxing Federation train with dumbbells, punching exercises, shadow boxing, parallel bars and tire hammering. Cuban boxers need to be both physically and mentally prepared so they can achieve their top goal: victory.
Coach Raúl Fernández Liranza leads the Cuban National Boxing Team.

Give me a month training camp to prepare myself to optimal shape and I'd bet that I could take a Cuban, at 200 cruiserweight too; nationality doesn't mean jack

no but when you say x nationality you are referring to the style mostly. Cuba has some of the best camps and highly dodged fighters like Guillermo Rigondeaux

Cubans start boxing at an early age not everybody make it to these schools if you do it's because you're a BADASS in the US anybody can become a Professional boxer even if you're been boxing for a week. When a Cuban becomes a Pro boxers it's because he's more than ready! What does that tell you.
