ass hole they really wanted to stop high jacking they would have had a system police are corrupt yesterday there was a robbery they came three hours after th e incident the security companies where here say theres no vans and wt not wait for family dispute

profmpsi Cape Towns DA still have to answer to the ANC so the ANC will give them money for certain things like police assets, the ANC has no money left after corruption so there is no police or other public service upgrades
