CST Tutorial: Complete Vivaldi antenna design in CST part1

This is the high-resolution version of the older vivaldi antenna video tutorial previously published in Tensorbundle KZread channel.
I have received numerous requests asking about how we can design Vivaldi antenna's exponential radiation curve in CST microwave studio.
I have many project deadlines of my own to meet. Out of my hectic schedule, it is really tough to find time to make these videos. So, your like and comment do heighten up my spirit :)
This video will show you detailed steps how you can design vivaldi anetnna in CST from scratch. Its impedance bandwidth covers 38-43 GHz spectrum.
In the next part, you will learn how you can simulate the designed vivaldi antenna in CST microwave studio.
In another video, the measurement process of vivaldi antenna using network analyzer is demonstrated. So, do check my other videos and like them.

Reflection coefficient is called S11. It is a measure how much power the antenna can accept vs. how much power you give as input. Some power is wasted as "reflection" . S11 measures that thing

your math is wrong! Any number raised to the 0 power is 1. If y = s+ e(rx), when x=0, then y = s + 1; NOT y =s!
