Just did my army reserve force eval & aptitute test This video includes everything that will be given in the test, I personally just ran a mile every morning and did squats kzread.info/dash/bejne/aJeBmq1pktvNps4.html

Is the squating done in the high bar or low bar position? Does it matter?

probably doesnt matter, they might not even know the difference, as long as you have a bar on top of you you'll be fine
