I understand wanting the AC1 in order to fill a different role, that being a low profile rig, I have one for the same reason. I don't get why you'd sell the spc though. Why not have both? You mentioned that this spc setup with 7+ mags is overkill for a civilian, I don't think that's true at all. Every citizen should be well armed, well trained, and have the full infantry kit corresponding to that. Thats the purpose of the 2nd amendment. 7+ mags is the bare minimum imo for a go to war infantry kit setup. The spc is great for this role. I don't see why you would sell it and give up the capability of having a legit infantry setup to do infantry things to downscale. There isn't a do all solution. I have a rig similar to your spc, but also a slick ac1 for lowpro stuff, a chestrig for other roles, etc. If you wanna fill different niches, you're gonna need different loadouts, not just one. Just my 2 cents. Nice video, I hope your able to get things to work for you.

I got rid of it because I wanted a more easily modular platform and has some issues with the SPC. my new MEPC video I have a full combat load. I havent re watched this video but if I remember correctly I wanted something I could easily scale down and fit in a bag or as a covert under coat option as well. SPC is great though and I agree with basically every point you made.
