Crusty the Starling

I rescued Crusty as a chick when he fell from his nest. Perry, my border collie and I raised him to be free to come and go till maturity. We had no other starlings in the neighbourhood, so when he matured, he eventually flew away to find his own family. I always wonder if he taught his family to sing his song I taught him and say his name "Crusty."

Because he wants to be. If you view other videos I have, you'll see that Crusty could come and go as he wanted. He eventually left the area to find a family. He slept outside in the wild.

Yes, a rescued juvenile starling named Crusty. That's him saying his name and singing the tune I taught him. He was free to come and go and eventually flew away to find his own family.

You can read under the video that Crusty was a wild bird, free to come and go. He enjoyed chatting.

He's telling you that you should release him to live his life and makes some kids as he supposed to. He'll visit you often don't worry.
