Crusty bread and mild chicken livers

There is no better combo than homemade crusty bread and chicken livers. The advantage of making your own food is the control of the ingredients that go in, allowing you to adjust them to your preference and mood for that time.
Crusty bread recipe:
3 cups flour
10g anchor yeast
1/2 tsp sea salt
2 tbsp sugar( can be adjusted for your liking)
1 cup warm water
Instructions:
Mix all the dry ingredients then add water, knead for 3-5 mini minutes till the dough doesn’t stick to your hands. Pour some olive oil to prevent the dough sticking to your bowl, cover and let it rise for 1-2 hours depending on the weather. I boiled a cup of water in the microwave to heat the microwave up and put my dough in the warm microwave cos the it was freezing and I didn’t have hours to wait. Line your iron pot with baking sheet sprinkle some little flour on your dough especially the sides to prevent the bread from sticking on your pot, bake on 180 for about 45 minutes or till the bread is golden.
Mild chicken livers:
500g chicken livers
Tin of peeled tomatoes
1 hot chilli (add more if you need spicy chicken livers)
3 cloves garlic
1 onion finely chopped
Oil to fry
Paprika
Ground coriander
Sour cream( I didn’t have fresh cream, sour cream worked perfectly)
1 tsp sugar
Chicken stock cube
Salt to taste
Dill to garnish
