Just made this. To die for! UNBELIEVABLY delicious! I am still in awe over the taste, texture, and wishing my mom was still around to taste this. Crispy crust, soft inside. PERFECT. Will probably make for Christmas presents!

Love this recipe and that there is no talking is wonderful, thank you, I cannot with the chatty cook.

Wanted to learn how to make my own bread so I watched a lot of no-kneading bread videos and this is the recipe I followed. The bread I made tastes as good as it looks! Thank you for the recipe. Now I just need to get myself a serrated knife if I'm going to start making my own bread for now on. 😋

This hands down the best bread recipe ever! I’ve been trying different recipes for a week and THIS IS THE ONE!!! It’s crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, easy to make literally took 5 minutes and the house favorite!

Made this today, used 3 cups flour but needed a little more. My dough spread out and the finished loaf was a little more flat than I would have liked. But it had good crust and overall I was satisfied. This is a good recipe for any skill level. Try it today.

Just made this recipe. My first bread ever! used my brand new Le Crueuset dutch oven. Delicious! Happy Easter!

My first bread, super easy and delicious

As it turns out, third time's the charm. Before I found you, I tried two other 'easy' & 'rustic' KZread bread recipes - and after a more complicated process, the results were... less than pleasing. But you are truly my Kitchen Knight in a Floury Apron! This recipe was the epitome of no-fuss, and the results were absolutely delicious. (Extra handkerchief throw in your colours for the Renfaire music in the background; that put a smile on my face before the bread did : )

Thank you for this wonderful video and recipe! I've made this bread several times and it never disappoints.

I’m watching this video as a refresher. It’s been a few years since I’ve made a loaf of bread but I plan to today. What I have done in the past, but won’t do today is use hardwood fire in my charcoal grill instead of the oven. Preheat, and then when the flames die down it’s usually pretty close to 230C/450F. It takes more work and it’s finicky, but the flavor is worth the effort if you have the time.

Nothing any better than crusty bread, especially in cold weather!

i used 1 cup white bread flour, 1 c white whole wheat flour, 1 c whole wheat and upped the water by about 1/4 c. and used 1 1/2 t. yeast and 1 1/2 t. sugar and 1t. salt. It is great and hearty, and good for tomato sandwiches. I have started doubling my adaptation of the recipe and keeping leftover dough in the refrigerator to bake fresh a day or 2 later, I have gone up to 3 or 4 with great results. . very easy!

Great bread recipe looks delicious

Thank you for such an easy recipe to bake my first bread! It was easy and your video easy to follow. My wife and just cut open the bread and it’s delicious! I will be making this recipe again in the near future and adding some herbs from our garden. I used the Lodge 4qt Dutch oven.

Did it and it turned out awesomesauce! I needed at least 1/2 cup more water (measured twice, cut once 😉 ) to the 3 cups of fluffed Robin Hood AP flour (not sifted). Juuuuuust a touch yeasty (Why does homemade always taste that way 🤔). Easy fix. Thanks! Edit: I tried again with the suggested amount of water and quickly realized it was my mixing technique (I was waaaay too slow in mixing). That and a touch less yeast and... bingo. Perfect. Note: I also did one with the lid off at the end, as per the recipe, and one with it on the whole time. It still cooked just fine still on, just a bit less golden. BUT!!! still just as che3wey and delish 😍!!!

Stunning....I'm on the first plane to Amsterdam I HAVE to eat this bread IMMEDIATELY😋😍👍!!!

I have now made this recipe roughly 20-30 times in the last year. I have yet to have 1 loaf that didn’t turn out. I now make this for my family as a Christmas gift, even my nephew has asked me for the recipe. Thank you so much for showing us this and how easy it really is!

I made this tonight after trying other crunchy bread recipes and this is the easiest tastiest one by far. This will be my go to from now on.❤

I am all about a bread dough that I don't have to knead!! It came out so crusty and such a nice texture to the bread. Add some fresh butter and I am in Heaven!!

I have tried most no knead recipes and they all, literally, fall flat. I will try this one tomorrow *fingers crossed*

Such a well produced video. Straightforward and to the point. No talking, music pleasant but not oppressive, clear instructions. This is the style of recipe videos I like best. I am about to try this recipe. It is similar to another I’ve tried, but there are one or two minor, but perhaps significant differences. The one I’ve used before results in a bread that looks beautiful, but to me has a rather bland, flat flavor. I’ll report back later.
