I heartily recommend looking up the pc version soundtrack on youtube. Granted, they mostly used Might and Magic 7 tracks, alongside a few remixed Heroes 2 and 3 tracks, but the music really elevates the game from jank nostalgia to truly atmospheric. The tune that plays deep in the catacombs and in the glaciers REALLY sells the mood, the Citadel track is beautiful and the final level/boss track is badass. Weirdly, the GoG version of the game differs from the old CD version I still have in that two of the music tracks are swapped around. I'd even go as far as to say that if you had the music working, this game would be worth a replay off-stream, maybe on easy diffculty or with cheats, just to apprecaite the atmosphere.

Thanks for bringing the VOD back, I couldn't watch the whole stream because it was getting late and wanted to watch the rest.

As old as this game may be, I'm surprised that it functions pretty well crunchiness and all that. Even I'm inclined to try it myself. Thanks for the stream, Shinri! I'll be looking forward to other classic games you find!
