shinri just eats things - century egg

Ойын-сауық

- - - Description - - -
shinri just eats things from japan and tells you about his reaction to them. keep in mind that his taste buds are described (affectionately) by his friends as "old man tastes" so i guess there's your warning from where it's coming from, lol.

There are a few common ways to eat the century egg btw... One would be served with pickled ginger, even the sushi or beef bowl ones will do, which usually is an appitizer. Taiwanese would served with steamed tofu and a bit soy sauce, you can mix the whole thing or eat it bit by bit. While the Cantonese would love to boil the thing with some pork and flavoured congee.

I can't handle this level of cuteness without warning I doubt I will try it especially after Hakka compared the texture to mochi, I have texture problems too O~koi~ri! Glad you made it home safely. the way my parents do it here in East Malaysia is we would cut the eggs into 4 parts and marinate them in sou sauce, lime juice and bird eye chilli. You can add some sliced yellow onions (holland?). eat it with nice warm rice or porridge. its good!
