i think i had my crown chakra opened since i was a child, with all the other chakras out of balance it made my nervous system wacky af. I've been working on my other chakras and thought i'd give crown chakra a go, so far this has been the most soothing and relaxing on my body

I quite like ur videos a lot i have trouble feeling anything with the root and solar plexus and crown when listening to singing bowls but i definitely VERY clearly felt them with yours. This crown chakra video is also easing my headache ive had behind my eyes for the past for day's. I wonder what other content u will release since u just finished the crown chakra. I've been going through a natural, accurring kundalini rising since 2018. My crown chakra has lots of pressure right now, uncomfortable. I accept this sound crown chakra singing bowl tuning into my crown chakra. So it is done!

I'm not sure 485 hz is the true frequency, within every frequency within the solfegio scale or chakras scale all chosen frequencies add up to either 3 , 6 , 9 all of them, coincidentally the 3 numbers tesla said were special.. root chakra is 396 equals to 3+9+6=18...1+8=9 every single chakra equals to 3 6 or 9 when broken down to its simplest form, your 485hz is 4+8+5=17...1+7=8 not a number within the solfegio scale
