    Nicely done! I never saw your 500m split time rise above 1:41 so really nice pace and stamina there. I bet those quads were on 🔥 during the snatches. Conditioning looked on point. You’re a large man. What’s your height and weight?

    Yo! Thanks man. I appreciate it. I’m 5’10” 207lbs. Had a blast on this workout. Put so much work into snatching 225lbs consistently. I’m happy with my effort

    Yes sir! I’m 43, 5’10”, 200 lbs at sub 10% bf right now so similar build. College soccer player that found a love for bodybuilding (after college), but recently leaning more towards functionality and being a hybrid athlete. Much like you crossfitters. Just trying to get back some range of motion and back to being an athlete. Anyhow, your video was motivational so keep up the hard work. Btw, I’m a dad too…5 year old son. I need to be functional to teach him things.
