Omg I love your magic ring!!! I’m 78 crochet mostly with cotton thread size 10! @@WindingRoadCrochet I've made 8 so far. I used I Love This Cotton white with metallic for the wings and I Love This Cotton in Red for the bottom. I didn't have beads so I use small red pom for the head (I had on hand). I will be making more. Thanks again for your tutorial ❤️

I will look into it. This one was inspired by some macrame and I liked that I could make it crochet and keep it easy.

Those are so cute! I have some cotton yarn by Knitpics and also some from Hobby Lobby , in Holiday colors. I am definitely going to be making some of these for myself and also as gifts. You could also Ch 3 and work the double crochets into the 3rd chain from the hook instead of a magic circle.

That was very beautiful and the magic circle was seriously the easiest I’ve ever seen explained and shown, thanks so much. Happy Holidays 🦃

This showed up on my facebook and I love it. Quick and easy. However i like the version with the wings indented a bit. I assume at some point you did a hdc, sc, hdc instead of 3 of the dc. Going to see how wide "funeral" ribbon would look for the skirt also. I also love your magic circle. I usually loop around twice but I am going to try your version on my next set of slippers.

@@WindingRoadCrochet I made them with the ribbon and they look really cute. I landed up doing 2 sc instead to make the indent somewhat. I had #4 yarn for 2 of them and a #3 for the others. I had painted face beads in 2 different sizes also.

Make sure you are crocheting around two strands of yarn. You need to crochet into the loop and around the starting yarn end to secure it in place.

Any ideas on how to turn these into Bride and Groom...?

I don't sell any of my finished items. Here is what I would do, go on Etsy and look at what others are selling crocheted ornaments for. Make sure to find ornaments and not ornament patterns. I did a quick search and I am seeing ornaments being offered between $3-8. I am looking at a single ornament at walmart and it is $8. Hopefully that will give you an idea. You just want to make sure it is worth it for you to make them.

If I can find the orders, I can get you the pattern and refund the extra purchase or if the system shows that the pattern was not downloaded, then I can refund both orders if that is what you want.
