Do you have a left handed version of this video? If you are left handed, you can convert ANY video on KZread yourself! Simply go to www.mirrorthevideo.com/ and follow the instructions to mirror flip any video to convert to left handed!
How much yarn will I need? This is a very tricky question to answer as there are so many variables! How much yarn you need will depend on which yarn you choose, the thickness of that yarn, your tension and how large you want your finished project to be. I suggest making a small sample first so you can gauge how much yarn you'll need. If making a crochet square, you can weigh your finished square to work out how much yarn it used!
How many squares do I need for a blanket? That all depends on the size of the square you are making and how big you want your finished blanket to be! I always advise making one square first then measuring the size of it. From there you can work out how many squares you will need to get the blanket size you want 😀
Do you have the written pattern? Yes! I have written patterns to accompany my video tutorials on my website here: www.hookedbyrobin.com The written pattern is generally released a week or so after the video tutorial to ensure there are no errors in the video itself and to make amendments in the written version if any are found. All the written patterns are FREE to access on my website
How can I print the pattern from your website? Do you have downloadable PDF's? Not at this time no. This may change in the future but for now, I only provide the written pattern directly on my website.
Can you remake this video so it is slower? If the video speed is too fast, you can slow it down! 😀 See this video on exactly how: • How to Adjust the Spee...
Why do you use American stitch terminology? I learnt using USA stitch terms, long before I even knew there was a difference between UK & US terminology! American terms are my "first language" so to speak. If you need a conversion chart, I have one here! www.hookedbyrobin.com/crochet...

Love the Boho Spirit and would like to make a scarf using it. What were the dimensions of the finished scarf please Robin and how much yarn did you use. Thanks for sharing this pattern.

Hiya Cath! I haven't got very far with this scarf, only a couple of feet at most. I started with a chain of 40 and used a 4mm hook with the Boho. I'd estimate that 2 balls should be plenty for a decent sized infinity scarf or maybe 3 if you wanted a more traditional long scarf (or even a wider wrap) 😀 I hope that helps! (Sort of 😂)

I counted my stitches wrong yet I like that the pattern is simple and doesn't take much yarn. I want to make a shawl with this pattern, do you have a shawl pattern for this stitch on utube?

I love the way you teach!! I had a stroke 5 years ago and still struggle with comprehension and words due to Aphasia. I can’t seem to follow a written pattern anymore but this tutorial has saved me. Wanted to let you know that I love your work and the easy way I’ve been able to follow. So thank you so much!
I’ve taken up crocheting to support my mental health and it’s been a blessing to find you videos, from teaching style to warm presence, you’re truly one of the best and most generous teachers on this app. Thank you for all that you do!

Robin, I came across this stitch looking for something new and pretty to learn. My search brought up many tutorials and you are the only one who clearly explained and showed the stitches you were creating. I am not new to crocheting - more “beginner-intermediary” - but was discouraged until I found your tutorial which is visually smooth.

I appreciated the fact that you showed & described clearly about how to identify where to place the dc in the turning chain when you get to the end of the row. I’ve had trouble with this on other videos & ended up screwing up my pattern. Details like that are important for beginners. Thanks 🙏 🙂
