Awesome! Thank you!
Thankyou Winding Road. I have used your patterns and tutorials before. Looking for a very easy leaf pattern and you nailed it for me. I still consider myself a newbie learning different stitches and patterns. Thank you so much for making this leaf pattern. I needed this tutorials like 3 days ago and it is Thursday today. Again, thank you from Sue in Iowa. I appreciate it so much.

I must admit that I have used this pattern now three times. At first it was to just learn, and then it was for some cup cozies. But now it was for a pumpkin. I am grateful for you. Thank you for giving me the gift that will be a smile for someone else. The gift that keeps on giving. ❤

Thank you so much. I have been putting off learning to make leaves for so long. I thought they would be so delicate and hard but not at all. Thank you so much. I like your style of teaching because there isn't a lot of unnecessary talking.

The other one with 5 chains for me its so much harder to do for some reason. It doesn’t look how the tutorial is explaining but this one i find way more easier to do! Thank you for sharing and creating these tutorials really helpful for a beginner like me!!!!!

first off,thank you for making it so easy to follow. great teaching skills.. but i have some questions. im trying to crochet a vine on a light cord. so i made ur leaf but leaf is connected to the vine from the pointy side not the from the stem. idk if i explained this right. what can I do?

The pattern page includes 5 small patterns. The leaf is the very last pattern. www.windingroadcrochet.com/crochet-fall-decor-tiny-accents/
is there a way i can make the spiral looser?
@WindingRoadCrochet

You can try working an increase every other stitch.
Hi! How can we make this leaf larger?
@WindingRoadCrochet
2 күн бұрын
Use a larger hook and a thicker yarn.
You can use this pattern for a deer tail btw. :3

You can use a larger hook. Try an H hook or 5 mm hook to get a larger leaf.
@tarablock6283

@@WindingRoadCrochetwould not suggest 5 mm. I did 5.5 mm and it was so infuriating. I ended up down sizing big time.
My leaves keep curling up

Try to crochet a little looser or wet the finished leaf and stretch it a little to block it and make it lay open.
im very confused when u say same chain, idk if u are meaning the same stitch.
@WindingRoadCrochet

The leaf is worked in a single row and the row is worked into the foundation chain. You should not be working anything into stitches. We are working into both sides of the foundation chain.
