Sorry for using a darker yarn. I will try not to do that again. I just loved the wine color. Here is a link to the written pattern: www.windingroadcrochet.com/textured-crochet-cowl/

I think we should SEE just how things work up with the darker colored yarns. So, for that, I am thankful!!!

I am glad you like the color. I made it then looked at the video and thought, "Oh no it is too dark to see what I am doing" so I fussed with the video and adjusted settings until it was a little easier to see.

Hi Lindsey!!! Oh my goodness, I'm so very happy to have just purchased this pattern!!!! Can't wait to get started! Finally something to make for myself! I adore this pattern, as it's not using lacy sts leaving holes for the wind to blow right through 🥶❣️ This will be my 1st cowl working in the round. Thank you for an amazing pattern/tutorial. A wonderful teacher and Blessing you are! Take care sweet one & much love and appreciation sent your way!

Absolutely love your designs.. I have a question.. I want to make your hexagon blanket.. I have a problem with the fuzzies on yarn and I’m looking for a no fuzz non-pilling yarn.. I’m soo confused on what kind of yarn to use.. I know cotton is better bcoz I made a baby blanket recently but the yarn was expensive.. I was reading that 8ply plus has less pilling but wool is still fuzzy.. I’m getting an itchy nose just thinking about it.. I know you used a worsted weight cake and wanted to know if that’s good or if you have any other options that will be better.. I made your fingerless gloves and I absolutely love them.. Thank you soo much for sharing your beautiful designs.. Love from London UK 🥰🥰 Nadia xxx

Thank you. I am so happy you are enjoying the patterns. I did use Caron Cotton Cakes for that blanket. You can use an acylic yarn as well but it can get fuzzy. If you can't get or find cotton (or it is too pricey) I would look for an acrylic that says it is antipilling. In the US they have came out with a few of them. I am not sure about the UK. Premier yarns has a yarn called anti-pilling and Lion Brands Basic Stitch is suppose to be anti-pilling.
