NJINLE = LENJIN There's a KZread comment that explaines well the meaning of this song: "As a Croat who understands lyrics, I would also like to provide an additional interpretation of the first two verses. So the first verse goes "Mama kupila traktora", and it actually doesn't literally decode to Lukashenko buying a tractor to Putin, but to Russia "buying"/bribing Belarus and establishing control over Belarus. That's because "kupila" translates to "she bought". Also, беларус (=Belarus) is the best selling model of tractor in Belarus, and this makes the parody more more apparent. This interpretation is important for understanding the second verse "Armageddon nona", which is harder to understand. "Nona" in Croatian means grandmother. So if "mama" = Russia, then "nona" = "Soviet Union". This makes more sense if you consider that Russia "bought" Belarus, and has now transformed itself into new Soviet Union who wants to be an empire (armageddon nona). Finally the nonsensical spelling of alphabet letters in the middle of the song actually represents unification of (Soviet) states into new Soviet Union, which is now represented with a new symbol "ŠČ". Also "ŠČ" is parody of letter "Z" which you can now see on Russian tanks deployed in Ukraine. Despite being punk rockers, Let 3 are known in Croatia and ex-Yugoslav states for their unique punk rock style and deep symbolism. Their main member Mrle also writes texts for theatre plays, which is also worth pointing out. So the whole performance must be taken into account while interpreting it, because this isn't a song you can listen to on radio, but a mini opera that makes a parody of horrors of totalitarianism" Krokodilski psihopat - crocodile is a very widespread drug in Russia which turns people into zombies. The message is that we're on your side and against all wars, Ukraine!

It is an anti-war opera, it was not written for Eurovision. It is the work of music experts who criticize the state of the world through their songs. They write songs for musicals and movies. It has a deep message. The grotesque scenography imitates propaganda and the costume design imitates dictatorial homophobia. Mama šč refers to Mother Russia. I don't understand what this has to do with Putin. "Little psychopath"? There are many of them in the EU. One of them is a Scholz-opath ready to wage war "against Putin" while the last Ukrainian is alive. The scene is an image from the 1972 film Cabaret with Liza Minelli, about the rize of Hitler except it is the fascist EU (Fourth Reich) now. From mustaches (even Angela Merkel once had them) to uniforms, rockets, ("brotherly aid to Ukraine from the West"), "trans clothes" or whatever it's called, bearded men in skirts (one of which from Austria has already won the Pride Song Parade organized by Eurovision). Putin is a declared opponent of that trans and perverse behavior. Now, what kind of criticism of Putin is that? The author of the song managed to say much more than he wanted to. He exposed the ideology and hypocrisy of the fascist EU and the West in general. Lenin written on the forhead of guy holding missiles? Marxist-Leninist are ruling EU. They formed cartel of buyers who want to decide on price of Russian oil and gas. What kind of market economy is that? Leninist. This is as much criticism of Putin as the nurses' strike in England is support for Putin's policies. A tractor? In 1995, Croatia expelled over 200,000 Serbs. They fled on tractors strewn with bombs. Ukrainian politicians also want Donbass and Crimea, but without the Russians, whom they have repeatedly called subhumans. Nothing to lough about. Ukrainian brothers, salute from brotherly Serbia. @@nataliiavoloshyn1149 In general people feel it is trolling of Putin and both like and dislike it at same time, Let 3 was always borderline crazy but intelligent, they have some really good songs but also level of weirdness is 100% I recommend Dijete u Vremenu, Profesor Jakov and Drama just to see what this band is about, they are to much but sometimes they just hit the right nerve. Also I need to translate written Ukrainian mostly because I don't read Cyrillic and many Croats are in same situation.

Prilikom velike seobe naroda u 7. stoljeću, Hrvati su iz sjevernog Irana došli u područje današnje južne Poljske, istočne Ukrajine. U Hrvatskoj to zovemo Bijela Hrvatska...tamo i danas postoje hrvatski toponimi. Jezik nam je jako sličan...npr. brojanne od jedan do deser nam je potpuno isto: jedan, dva, tri, četiti, pet, šest, sedam, osam, devet, deset...živjeli, i Slava Ukrajini!!!

Tractor is a reference to Lukashenko's birthday present to Putin. In the song Putin is described as a "vile little psychopath", the vocalist represents Stalin, and the guy with rockets has NINLE on his forhead (wordplay:Nin-Le=Lenin) and is dressed as a monk to represent Rasputin. Mama ŠČ is a metaphor for Mother Russia (ŠČ is a letter specific to russian alphabet), and crocodile is a drug popular in Russia that makes people act like zombies (on part of song they dance like zombies). Guys are dressed in military uniforms but in pink and bright colors and are wearing dresses bcs Putin is homophobic. The meaning of the lyrics is kinda obvious now: "Mama (meaning Russia) loved a moron (meaning Putin)" "That little psychopath (W-w-war, war) Little, vicious psychopath (W-w-war, war) Crocodile psychopath (W-w-war, war) Mama, I'm going to war" The whole thing is trolling Putin level 10000000 and Im loving it. Croatia is a small country but not afraid to show the middle finger to a vile little psychopath. Also, I would bring your attention to the fact that band members are naked (transparent clothes) in the end, with roses sticking out of their rear parts ;) Whoever gets angry can stick a rose in his ass 🌹🌹🥰🥰🥰🥰

@@boredutopia Croatian alfabet: a b c (Č) ć d dž đ e f g h i j k l lj m n nj o p r s (Š) t u v (Z) ž Š is the 25th letter and Č is the 4th letter in the Croatian alphabet. 25+4=29 The 29th letter of the Croatian alphabet is the letter Z. Let 3 are performers always and forever, excellent, you just need a cryptographer to understand what they are singing about. I think it's pretty clear what the message of this song is...

@@josko8422 , this thing can be interpretated many ways, it could be azbuka, glagoljica or letter z in our alphabet, there is bunch of people who did not even get ras(putin) carrying rockets, coz rasputin was a monk in russia and in a same time represents lenin. there is even in a background someone who can be emperor romanov. so far only 3 reactors noticed that one. this thing is having so many layers and hidden stuff that is impossbel to get them all, and considering how many band members there is, they probably joined forces and figurend out the z and that there is also letter in azbuka, they are like over 50 and probably did learn russian, at least one of them at some point, coz majority of people in former yugoslavia born before mid 70ties had russian as a foregien language in schools and they know basics. more you watch it, more you see new details wich are more hidden, it is not even important, message is what counts, even refrence to mama bhought a traktor can have 2 meanings, coz belarus produces tractors and best selling model is actuall called belarus, so mama bhought a tractor could get as belarus being bhought thru various things wich keeps certain person in power for so long...

The song and the stage expression are so layered that even after watching and listening 50 times I find another hidden message every time. Phenomenal

Jednom davno, davno, za vrijeme SSSR-a bila sam u Mariupolju jer je moja pokojna susjeda otamo,ali slabo se sjećam jer sam bila mala. Bila sam nakratko i u Lvivu. Jako lijep grad. For me this is a masterpiece, the best that Croatia ever sent. Tractor is a reference to Lukashenko's birthday present to Putin. In the song Putin is described as a "vile little psychopath", the vocalist represents Stalin, and the guy with rockets has NINJLE on his forhead (wordplay:Nin-Le=Lenin). Mama ŠČ is a metaphor for Mother Russia(ŠČ=Russian letter), and crocodile is a drug popular in Russia that makes people act like zombies.Armagedon nona(grandmother) is Soviet Union, that Putin wants to bring back, and with that can cause an armagedon. The meaning of the lyrics is kinda obvious now: "Mama bought a tractor" (meaning Russia bought Belarus) "Mama (meaning Russia) loved a moron (meaning Putin)" "Mom, mom, mom, I'm going to play'"(Putin is playing with peoples lives) "Mom, I'm going to war" (You know what that means)

I don't understand what this has to do with Putin. "Little psychopath"? There are many of them in the EU. One of them is a Scholz-opath ready to wage war "against Putin" while the last Ukrainian is alive. The scene is an image from the 1972 film Cabaret with Liza Minelli, about the rize of Hitler except it is the fascist EU (Fourth Reich) now. From mustaches (even Angela Merkel once had them) to uniforms, rockets, ("brotherly aid to Ukraine from the West"), "trans clothes" or whatever it's called, bearded men in skirts (one of which from Austria has already won the Pride Song Parade organized by Eurovision). Putin is a declared opponent of that trans and perverse behavior. Now, what kind of criticism of Putin is that? The author of the song managed to say much more than he wanted to. He exposed the ideology and hypocrisy of the fascist EU and the West in general. Lenin written on the forhead of guy holding missiles? Marxist-Leninist are ruling EU. They formed cartel of buyers who want to decide on price of Russian oil and gas. What kind of market economy is that? Leninist. This is as much criticism of Putin as the nurses' strike in England is support for Putin's policies. A tractor? In 1995, Croatia expelled over 200,000 Serbs. They fled on tractors strewn with bombs. Ukrainian politicians also want Donbass and Crimea, but without the Russians, whom they have repeatedly called subhumans. Nothing to lough about. Ukrainian brothers, salute from brotherly Serbia. Dobra teorija ali malo netačna jer brend ŠČ je Let 3 izmislio pre početka "operacije Ukrajina" tako da nema veze sa slovom Z... mogao si da napišeš i 25+4=29 i 2+9=11 pa zatim 1+1=2 što je slovo B u abecedi što znači Bugarin?!? Može se videti u emisiji gde je prezentovan i "picoper" ( kzread.info/dash/bejne/q3l9lZWtp6etnrg.html ) Svuda na Helmu koji turci zovu Balkan se za krokodila i ostale gmizavce kažu da su "zeleni" što recimo upućuje na Zelen-skog psihopata koji će zbog ludosti ostati bez zdrave i sposobne muške populacije? Bolje godinama pregovarati nego jedan dan ratovati... Ali teško je objasniti nešto nekome ko misli da je uvek u pravu... Let 3 nigde i nikada nije pomenuo Putina osim što su im u intervjuu na tv bez njihove saglasnosti to titlovali u najavi. Žao mi je Ukrajinaca, pamtićemo ih...

@@sgerianda I don't see any such psychopath! That's only in heads of those that have swaped Vladimir Putin for god or have slept under the stone for the whole last year! Also, Putin is one that has actually started brutal military full scale agression on other sovereign country, not the other way round! This is not an invitation on long political conversations about "endangered" Russians the same way as were Germans in Adolf Hitler's mad vision and narrative!

@@matrix_x_ All of them are representation of mad, war obsessed dictators, that bald one represents LENIN (inscription "NJINLE" = NJIN + LE > LENJIN), but in broader context it is symbolism that can also represent modern time dictator from the Kremlin but also all others like him! All of that has been explained by the LET 3 members in their interviews.

So, they basically put whole thing/rhythm into a popular Istrian folk song "trajna nina", that's why whole song revolves around that rhythm. "Let 3" band is from Rijeka, a city in Croatia close to Istria. 2nd thing is their outfit and performance. this could be their usual outfit (we're used to it in Balkans ever since they started performing) but this exact outfit is representing a dictator, especially Stalin (not Hitler like some ppl mentioned!). Stalin killed a lot of his own ppl in Soviet country, like Putin is doing now in Russia! that's the point. this whole song is about anti-war, anti-Putin (not anti-Russia). next thing is song title "Mama ŠČ", ppl correctly assumed it's "Š" letter (number 25 in Croatian alphabet) and "Č" letter (number 4). you combine those 2 letters you get letter Z (29th letter). so "Mama ŠČ" is actually "Mom Z" aka Mother Russia. next are all the lyrics. so "Mama kupila traktora" - mom bought a tractor, meaning (probably) Lukashenko gifting a tractor to Putin, meaning Belarus agrees to being Russia's ground for military training and everything else, aka Russian's bitch. next one is "Mama volila morona" - mom loved a moron. this basically means Putin is/was in power for decades and noone in Russia could do anything about it, which is true. "trajna nina Armageddon nona" basically revolves around the fact that this whole song is made from that folk song >>my 1st sentence pullout ---> probably meaning PUTIN since it's backwards (play of words). so this masterpiece of a 3 min song is still being understood fully, with lots of help from my fellow Croatian boys and girls, and there's maybe even more to uncover, since band didn't tell us anything.

@@gordanamaras4509 this is Torpedo tractor, made in Rijeka, Croatia, in the Torpedo company (they produced tractors at some point, but originally they produced torpedos 🚀). The Torpedo tractors were always green. I think the company has been closed for some 15 years or more.
