I really love these videos. The only thing I wish is that you actually took them into illustrator and showed some of the changes you would make. Kind of like Zimri Mayfield used to do, especially because he doesn’t do graphic design videos currently.

Just gonna drop this in for everyone that wants to see more of the micro worlds - original Idea was from a youtuber called Benny productions! has plenty of videos, really really good designer, check his stuff people!

The suggestion you gave for the travel logo from 6:20 made me think of the Expedia logo Will!

Been wondering for about 5 videos now whether the Titleist hat was ironic or not, but this solves it then :') I've been a graphic designer for over 10 years and a hack on the links for about 7, and both have taught me a lot about each other, and many other aspects of life. I'm just about to start full-time freelancing for the first time in my career (always did some part-time logo designs on the side), so might have to checkout your reddit and upload something to get a bit of critique. I'm really enjoying your videos, they've really helped me get back into the creative zone and warm up for my Big Leap into the Unknown World of Fulltime Freelancing, after a full hiatus from design for over a year. Keep up the good work, cheers

It's a gourmet restaurant not fast food it doesn't need to fit in an icon necessarily. Unless you want some gourmet delivery app I guess.

I see the boat one as a boat before anything else, but that's just me. What did you mean by "overhead"?

3:30 I disagree, it's pretty simple already

I am from India

I don't expect Will to know every logo/artwork etc., but it's quite sad to see when those blatant rip-offs get in these videos instead of people who actually put in a lot of work into their stuff. Last episode there was one person literally using someone elses logo, another guy pretty much just copied the 9gag logo and this time there is this microworld rip-off, which is especially ironic since Will even mentioned that he likes the way it was presented, but that is just 1:1 stolen by the original 'creator' of this idea.
