Kabita, I have been following you for recipes on you tube since the pandemic. I've tried quite a few recipes and they have turned out well. I am not fond of cooking but after watching you online I have begun to enjoy cooking to some extent. Yr recipes are simple and easy to follow. Today I tried preparing karela and it turned out quite tasty. Thank you for sharing recipes online.

Hi, Kabita. Nice one. But can we add little less oil in this ? It's too much oil.... if we are to reduce putting oil, how much it should be .... Thank u .

Hello Sangeetha ...You may reduce the quantity of oil...but prefer using adequate amount of oil that is required to fry the karela... Also , in the last step we are anyways draining the excess oil .. so you need not worry much about oil :)

karela bahut km logo ko pasand aata hai aur mai bhi unmai se hu jise karela bikul pasand nhi.............. but but your method to make this karela is awesome And I love this recipe of karela......"thank u so so much for this lovely recipe"
