Hi bharat, i love the way you explain the each detail of the recipe, though i was short of maggie masala but yet the karela recipe turned out really good, loved that the little sweet bitterness at the end, which lasts for long...

The recipe is v gud..my mother makes it in a very different way..she gives tadka with saunf.n pyaz and then she fries karela with haldi n namak and when cooked she sprinkles bhuna masala...one spoon jeera two spoon saunf one spoon dhaniya and lal mirch two or three dry roasted n grinded to powder..tastes yumm

Very nice recipe. Will definitely try it. I cook vindaloo with bitter gourd. It also tastes awesome.

According to our ancestors chillies should not be used along with bitter veggies,, ((nor any sour things but it's ok at times)) & deep frying would destroy almost all the qualities of bitter gourd 🙂 Never mind it's just an info Always love your presentation 👌

Mam,vse Maggie masala ek packaged masala h..N natural cheeze jyada achchi hoti h... Emli ka pulp thoda jyda tangi ho jata h .but kachcha am loo or tangi b nhi hota h vo bitterness ko bind kr leta h...try this one..

Hello nice recipe, I just avoid deep fry I just microwave Kerala for 8 to 10 mins and thencook it add onions on top to temper. That doesn’t require a lot of oil.

This is a different type of recipe , though never tried I have a fear that it might taste of excess salt, like added to kerala initially, then during cooking, there is some salt in maggi noodle masala also.

I think the initial recipe of kerela is better than this new trial.
