They always say to use what you have. I have boneless-skinless Chicken Thighs that I use for soups. I'll do the same maybe without the rack to keep some moisture in the meat, and let you know how they turn out. Keep the videos coming, your awesome.

Hello again young lady. My "dinner" was really delicious. Of course I cannot help putting my own spin on things. The Chicken Thighs I did cook on a rack over the top of a deeper pan of Zucchini and Asparagus to get the drippings. It also steamed the Chicken a little so I Basted the Chicken with your sauce a few times and at the end of the cook I turned on the Broiler to Brown it. All with a side of mashed potatoes and gravy. I used your spices and cooking instructions for the whole thing and man was it good. Thanks for your videos. Peace to you and your family. May the days be good to you. When I cook wings in the air fryers I usually air fry it for 20 minutes then flip it over air fry for another 15-20 on 385 degrees

Not really. You can add the sriracha sauce gradually be sure to taste it as you go.
