I wanted to comment since I come again and again to this recipe. I have made this for fish and also for chicken and not only it has never failed me, it’s the most consistent recipe I have tried that no matter what the results are always amazing. There has not been a time when I have made this recipe and my guests haven’t finish the whole batch, whatever it is. I wanted to thank you a lot, lot. You did an amazing job in here!

What a wonderful recipe !!! I made it just as written, except, instead of water and vinegar, I made mine with a light beer and OMG, delicious, I had 6 dinner guests and they absolutely loved it!!!! The fish was super crispy and delicious!!!

I made this yesterday, I want to thank you because I literally never made this before and it’s amazing !!! My mom loved it and I will be making this again !! Thank you *made them again & never fails*

I used to work at fish & chips shop in Scotland & their Fish batter main secret is 100 gram rice flour & 100 gram plain flour mixture with 70 ml Cold Vodka & 110 ml Cold Dark Ale/Beer in to Fish batter mixture with 1 spoon honey & little salt... keep it in to fridge for 30 mins. Take out from fridge. take cod/haddock fish , dry it out & dip in to dry plain flour, then dip in to fish batter mix & fry it on 360 degree •F. . Enjoy & give it a try at home & enjoy with your family & friends, please don't forget to give me blessing ...Please...Remember me in your prayers...Thank You & love you all..

I made this recipe yesterday using tilapia. It was fantastic, the flesh was moist and tender and the crust was very crispy and flavorful. Definitely some of the best tasting fish we have ever eaten!!! You are a genius...

Made it with my Dad it was amazing thank you so much! I switched vinegar with lemon and used wholegrain flour the one that is darker in color
