EGG PAKODA FINGERS
Preparation time : 15 minutes
Cooking time : 30-35 minutes
Servings : 2
Ingredients
For Egg Mixture
8 whole Eggs (अंडे)
Salt to taste (नमक स्वादानुसार)
¼ tsp Black Pepper Powder (काली मिर्च का पाउडर)
2-3 fresh Green Chillies - chopped (हरी मिर्च)
1 inch Ginger - chopped (अदरक)
2 tbsp Coriander Leaves - chopped (धनिया पत्ता)
1 heaped tbsp Oil (तेल)
1 tsp Oil for greasing (तेल)
For Batter
1 cup Gram Flour (बेसन)
1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste (अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट)
Salt to taste (नमक स्वादानुसार)
¼ tsp Asafoetida (हींग)
½ tsp Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर)
¼ tsp Degi Red Chilli Powder (देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
½ tsp Carom Seeds (अजवाइन)
1 Egg (अंडा)
2 heaped tbsp Curd (दही)
Gram Flour for dusting (बेसन)
For Salad
½ Red Bell Pepper - julienned (रेड बैल पेपर)
½ Green Bell Pepper - julienned (ग्रीन बैल पेपर)
½ Yellow Bell Pepper - julienned (यैलो बैल पेपर)
few Coriander Leaves - roughly tron (धनिया पत्ता)
½ medium Lemon Juice (नींबू का रस)
Salt to taste (नमक स्वादानुसार)
½ tsp Salad Oil (सैलेड ऑयल)
For Garnish
Lemon Wedge (नींबू की फांक)
fresh Coriander Leaves (धनिया पत्ता)
Process
In a bowl add eggs, salt, black pepper powder, chopped green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves, oil and mix everything properly.
Now grease a mould with oil and pour the egg mixture in it then place it in the steamer and steam it for 8-10 minutes or until the mixture is cooked completely.
Remove and let it cool down a bit, then demould it and cut it into finger shape and let it cool down completely.
Meanwhile in a bowl add gram flour, ginger-garlic paste, salt, asafoetida, degi red chilli powder, turmeric powder, carom seeds, egg, curd and mix everything together.
Now take the cooled egg fingers and coat them in gram flour then insert a wooden skewer in it.
Then dip in the batter and deep fry them in medium hot oil until golden brown and crispy from all sides.
Remove in an absorbent paper and serve them with salad and garnish with coriander leaves and lemon wedges.
For Salad
In a bowl add red bell pepper, green bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, coriander leaves, lemon juice, salt, salad oil and mix everything properly and keep aside for further use.

Whole Country ?? ... he is appreciated in whole world !!!... 75% of all dishes that I cook so far is all inspired by him. And its not me alone ..many of my US and European friends keenly watch him (even though they have a serious problem when he starts in Hindi ...but then thats their problem, not mine)

A recipe to die for and with your instructions can't go wrong because Ranveer ne sab kuch bata diya.I will go for the pan Omelette or baked one. Steaming would create a typical egg smell.
