2-3 for sure. It looks great and I bet it tastes great.
this is basically a simple version of Peking duck. And thing is when you do the wrapping you have to put cucumbers and spring onions in it. These veggies give that crunchy taste, and greatly increase the overall flavor of the wrap. I saw you did put the veggies on the plate but they are NOT just for presentations.
i love this for two reasons!! one, duck is the best thing ever and that was a gloriously crispy duck, two that little oven is the bomb dizzle! much love my man.

Brothers Green Eats Just now watched it, that video was sick!
5:32 homie in the back knows what they're worth
Oh my GOD! When the duck first comes out, it looks amazing! Such a good colour, reminded us of all the ducks that are hanging up around chinatown in the restaurant windows.
If one has never had duck expertly prepared as yours is, they don't understand what a wonder it is or the skill involved in making it so. I'd pay 4.5€/$5/3.2£ for those glorious pancakes!!!
i worked at a market making pizza for a few years and i remember how crap it was on rainy days! great channel absolutely love your show!
Great, man... I love duck... and this one seems to be a little jump-into-the-mouth saltimbocca inspirated. Perfekt street food. Thumbs up!
looks great as always!
1,50?? Come on!!
looks sooo delicious!
looks fantastic!
Looks so good! I love duck!
you the man food busker!
Delicious.
The ladies either had no idea how much duck is worth or were just cheap. I reckon I would pay 2.50 - 3 quids for that. Looks great, love your recipes/concept. Cheers!
it's 11:28pm and I'm watching someone making duck... I'm. so hungry
I guessed £2 per portion before you said it, but I'd be happy to pay more than that for such an amazing blend of flavours; especially on a cold rainy day!
Who in their right mind would throw away the skin?! It's the best part of roasted duck!
@IrmaU94

ThisIsMyFullName not throw away.. he never said throw away. Just that you can use it but you dont have to. You can take the skin off and save it for something else
that duck looks amazing!
Duck is so delicious. And the skin is my favourite part. It just give a different texture to the whole thing! I´d do 9£ for all three. So 3£ per pancake. Just delicious! Boom!
2.50 Deffo!love your channel!John-the-subscriber
Love me some crispy duck pancakes. These look delicious! £3 per pancake! Easy!
Tenner for the 3. Look yummeh.
My god that looks amazing. And I'm not even a duck fan.
£1,50 is an insult. It is worth at least £3

+Icaro Vasconcelos it's hard to judge the portion size, probably £3 at the very least, yeah

You already said that, stop repeating yourself...
2 pounds fosho, but for the amount of work it ACTUALLY took I'd give you a 3 and a half. Awesome!
I bet those coffee cups on the ladies table costs more than 1.5!!
4 bucks Canadian.......this looks absolutely delicious !
2 for this yum!
Can you get the pancakes from normal supermarkets?
What the flippydippidy-o, I would've payed at least 2,50, man. That duck looked quackin' good.
Awesomeeeeee. Cant you come to germany and let me taste your stuff? I would aleays say that id pay much even if i wouldnt 😁
tradition roll is supposed to be with cripsy duck skin but this looks delish
you should come to Singapore :)
£2-3 no problem! Do you have to cook a full duck? Will duck breasts do as a smaller alternative?
a little tip, take the skin off before you cover and put in the oven. if you do that you lose the crispyness. add it just at the end.
3 quid I would have paid. Duck is bloody expensive! BOOM! :D
the problem i thought was; two or three pack would have been better and there should have been a few more greens on it to add a little bit more size to it make it seem more substantial
It has to be the rain! I'm sure they'd pay at least 3 on a sunny day.
I’ve tried these at my own shop and boy they are good I would pay like £5
It's a shame whole duck is really hard to come by where I live.
.... on the street!? Those are $3 in the States, easy. BOOM!
I think they're worth about £1.50 each, but considering how good they look I would buy at least 10!
I bet you'd have met the goal for a couple, I would've said £1.50 for one, but for the plate, I'd have bumped it up to £8-£9
i bet it was just cause they were so small. they looked very tasty.
Please put the ingredients in the description box...

+Food Busker No worries... Thanks though for replying!!! And by the way love your vids.!!!
Oh man so easy yet so awesome lookin' Depending on how expensive duck is i would say 2,50-3£ is fine Btw you got wet over there :^) Sry couldn't keep it :-D
since a whole duck costs £6-10 quid. You can make 20-25 pancakes at least I think £1 each is fair
well. out here in Brazil we'd pay £8,5 to £10 for that..
Waaaw factor and at the end 1.5! Come on ladies be fair. I would pay 3 in a rainy day!
lol, "gas mark seven", "gas mark four", can't you use an oven rack thermometer? that duck looked pretty nice.
the price is not put by them but by you, of course you can underprice them or overprice'm but in any case it's your call to do it and say it with bells and whistles!!
Should have left the duck skin in large pieces - more crisp and taste :)
these look incredible...the problem is charging 2 lb sterling per taco...if you had asked for the price of three altogether, I am sure you would have wound up with people saying 10 quid a plate. Just my opinion...but I could definitely be wrong.
I'd easily pay £7-8 for the 3. Perhaps the per-pancake was the downfall. Cos it'd be so easy to get carried away and just get 5 if they were £2
im generous but will pay prob £1.50 to. Haha. ican get a sandwich for £2 it will be way bigger and filling :p
Never had roast duck. what's the matter with.
What this taught me: do not attempt CPR on a duck. Would pay a tenner for the lot!
£3 easily ma brother!
I'd say $10-12 American for a three pancake serving. Maybe $15 for 4 and less fighting with the girlfriend.
2 or 3 perhabs
$1 million dollars!!!
they are TINY though, I wouldn't pay more than a pound lol
£2 for the whole lot :d
You didn’t spice the duck before cooking. You need to put a marinade into the duck cavity, and spices on skin.
The only thing John is that it wasn't really that crispy I'm afraid to say.... not like in the Chinese restaurants (where they deep fry them??)... I would pay about 2 quid each
@HamCubes

The process at a Chinese restaurant is pretty labor-intensive and time-consuming. They blow air between the skin and the flesh to separate them. They also hang the duck for a long time to air-dry it. I prefer my duck prepared as it is done here. How often do you think Chinese restaurants change the air tubing that they force under the fatty layer of every duck they prepare? 🐦👀
@schmatever

AeroDoe Yup but then one could say that about any restaurant... "how clean is anything anywhere?" do you touch public/office/any door handles? If so you are probably touching other people's doings as many dont bother washing their hands... :-)) Concerning the cleanliness of the air pipe, at least in this case any bacteria gathering there will die in the cooking process...
people are crazy! definitely US$3 for each...that's how much a Mexican taco cost.
£3,50 definitely
£3,5
i would've paid 2000.
50 cent😂
pancakes? you mean tortillas? heat them in a cast iron fry pan
£3
$4.00 canadian each
good job people pay 70 quids to watch football and 1 quid for a duck pancake??
$4/pancake
£4
"pancakes"
You get at least 4-5 for £10 in a restaurant that would taste better than this.
Because you pay by trade it will be cheaper i will give you 2£ just because you can't go to cheap otherwise you'd mug yourself off. just like Starbucks it will cost you 8pence to make it but 4 pounds to buy it
For just one doesn't look huge £2.50
Chinese version only use skin.
@jack-rw3sj

areszeus92 no they dont. But they sometimes eat the skin seperately
3 pounds
that duck that came out was NOT the duck that went in you cheat. he clearly nipped off and bought a Chinese roast duck. have the decency to say you got one done!
the guys behind the women held up their fingers for 2 pounds. Count them rather than the women!!
i would've paid 2000.
