I used to have a restaurant, but it went bust. So I left, moved to London and started cooking my food on the streets. But instead of putting a price on the food I asked people to pay me what THEY thought it was worth and I called it FOOD BUSKING.
Here on my channel I cook recipes and Food Busk them on the street and I make films about Cult Foods, you know the dishes that are like celebrities in their own right. Ramen, sushi, Fish and Chips, I feature the chefs, the places, the history and the hacks, tips and short cuts to become a cult food master.

Those fish would be better battered with cornmeal. You can also make some hushpuppies with that batter. No one really fixates on the thickness of the fries.
Cod is overrated, I find it tasteless, for fish and chips it's got to be fresh Irish or Scottish haddock.

Exactly as I prepare it myself. Been doing it for 50 years. Might mention purchased the exact same oven Rational SCC xs model. Exact model Of oven but small. I bought this oven (sold a kidney on eBay) and had fitted at home. Best oven on the planet for temperature control. Too be honest? With this oven the cooking of it is actually very easy. None the less, a quality execution of the dish. Cooked to perfection in my eyes. The rational oven provides edge to edge same cooking doneness. Not cooked to hell on edge, over cooked medium, then rare in middle. Exactly the across whole piece of meat. Cost stupid mm ey do rational ovens but amazing!
