The craft of deep-frying pork until it’s crispy yet still tender traces back to the Spanish colonization of the Philippines in the 1500s. It has now evolved into one of the most loved dishes of the country, with different variations in every region. Cuisine must be respected kesyo simple or gourmet. Every Chef has it's own style at pinagisipan yan tas tatawagin nyo lang "kaartehan" pero sino ba naman ako para husgahan ang makikitid na utak.

My uncle who works overseas, sent me this. I was born and raised in Camiling - he asked me if I could buy him some when he comes home. When I told my mom, she said she buys from her stall too! 💖💖
