The biggest bruh moment in history is when we all realized that Nintendo was going to just ignore partners in time. It was the first ever Nintendo game I played, and holds a serious valuable place in my heart. Thank you for adding to its memoire.

My proudest moment in gaming: when I was little and had played this game so much that I could consistently use a copyflower to just use Mario and Luigi's turn to defeat Princess Shroob. I think I probably got a string of like 50 or something. I've never been more proud of myself.

Partners in Time, HELL YEAH! I remember it was the first game I ever played on the DS, and it was great! The first boss that gave me significant trouble was the Mecha Wiggler, until I leaned the gimmick. I hammered the wrong Mushroom into it's drink the first time I tried and from there I assumed "Ok, not risking the other one because that might power it up and I don't want that on top of it healing"

Honestly, I'd LOVE to see you do a original song for the shroob mother ship area, especially because that area's theme is literally just the shroob theme that played at the beginning. And maybe even shroob castle too?

This is amazing

The original was the one boss theme I remember marching in a circle with my friend shaking our 3ds's like idiots trying to spam our streetpasses. I can honestly remember exactly how much fun we had being complete fools. If this was legit an actual game, I might have trouble deciding where I would place this theme, Bowser's Boss Theme, and both Shroob Themes because of how good they are. I started with Partners in time and on my original list it was in the Top 5.

What an amazing remix wow, great job. If Nintendo ever reworks this game (which I doubt, sadly) better use this song because it is excellent.

This game was so dark and funny, I remember be sad for toad who really die in the forest, when I was a kid this game was so intense for me, I still love it, actually I'm ok with the no remake cause I didn't play the remake, I already have all the game, I miss now the fact that there is probably no more game like this ever...

imo this is the best M and L game. Paper Jam had a fun idea but the game itself was boring and WAY to easy.

The boss time

My rankings: #7 Bowser’s Inside story. This one will probably move up the rankings, but honestly the first hour is one of the most boring games I have ever played. #6 Bowser Jr’s Journey. This game used to be my #2 but as I played Minion Quest I started liking it less. The best part is the story. I’m a big Bowser-side fan and hearing all this back story was great. #5 Paper Jam. It’s not as bad as how most people put it and I haven’t played it in a while, but it’s fun from the I-Only-Play-The-Bosses-Once-I-Finished-The-Game standpoint. #4 Superstar Saga. I love how this game is quick-paced, normal battles don’t take 5 minutes and the vibrant colors. The final boss is actually R E A L L Y easy. #3 Minion Quest. It’s just really fun to play and seeing Fawful handled. #2 Dream Team. The bosses and music is amazing, but it’s a little too long. #1 Partners in Time. The “worlds” take FOREVER, but the boss battles are fun and fighting for the universe against the most evilest enemy of Mario, the Shroobs. The boss battle and final battle music is a phenomenon to me, especially the Final Battle music. I got tears when I got to that part, and only 2 other things that are that sorta thing have gave me tears.

Did you find the original sampled synthesizer soundfont and recreate the song like people do with restored soundtracks? Because this legit sounds exactly how I would imagine it would if it were HD.

Funny enough not a single sound here is from the original soundfont or the soundfont’s original sources. These are just HD instruments that I had at the time, and I thought they sounded close enough.
