Delightful, and even crispier than your Tough Guy arrangement. Sounds like it fits baby Mario & Luigi just right, more lighthearted than the original, but retaining the menacing, militant feel that suits the alien invasion.

I'd say among the most, but not *the* most dark game. Super Paper Mario exists, where Mario literally goes to Paper Hell for his Paper Sins.

@@CallenderMan Everything in SPM is reverted back to normal. Only those who were trapped in mushrooms came back in PiT. All the others died.

Hype aside, gonna do a second comment to tell my thoughts. I love how most of the arrangement, there is like this instrument that has a chiptune feel to it, but you still combine the rest of instrument amazingly! It feels so natural and unique, I have never heard anyone do a cover like this! Instantly my favorite version of this. Amazing work!

_OH YEAH_ _GO GOOOOO_ Best remix ever. This is the one boss theme in the series to properly reflect a united theme for most of its game's bosses: The ongoing invasion of the Shroobs and the lack of control the Mushroom Kingdom has over it with Toadsworth's hands full and Peach MIA.

I adore this! So few people have touched this song and I know that this game is the black sheep of the family, but partners in Time is actually my favorite! I always thought that if I ever got into a fight with my siblings at my side irl, this would be the mental soundtrack playing in my head.

That's a hard disagree considering most remixes of this track try way too hard to make it sound more intimidating than it actually is. This remix feels the most faithful to the source material while still feeling like a fresh new track.

Yesss! This is so good! Giving me flashbacks to all the amazing boss fights this game had. Also, made me realise just how incredibly old Petey is, damn. And that probably also explains why he has beef with the brothers in the later games, it’s the earliest we’ve ever seen him in the mario timeline.
