Ab kya ye details railway main deni chahiye ya nahi. 2. FIR main jab police ne case farzi paya hai to railway main job milegi ya nahi.

You can take job, there is no meaning of pending case because in our constitution there ain't any rule that candidate with pending case will be dismissed or rejected. You can check supreme court judgement as well as a judgement of a candidate who cleared Delhi SI while pending case.
