I got my venture right when it launched in Germany, around the end of September I think. Then I got the new iMac M3 and was like "oh no, I need an adapter cause I don't have USB anymore!" So I bought the adapter. Just to NOW THROUGH YOUR VIDEO learn that there's a USB C CABLE? :D I am blown away. I mean I need the adapter anyways. But it's so amazing to know, there's a USB C cable with the venture. I just had to hunt down my "venture cleaning box" to find the cable! thank you so so so much for your videos & all the work you do, as you can clearly tell: Even people who have had their machines a long time can learn from you!

I have had my venture for a few months now an can say: Its fast. So fast! I use the Cricut Cardstock just because I love it anyways and in Germany the only Cricut Cardstock we can buy is the venture-sized one. Bigger projects (as in for example 10 mats of the same green on the maker) are more fun cause it's faster. I just made the Heirloom Tree from SVGcuts and with the maker it would have been 15 mats in total. Venture it was not even 4. I don't have a small business or a large space to work with. My venture is on its docking stand in my living room. When I want to put something on the mats I just go over to my dining room and put it on the big table. Works perfectly. I also never had a venture mat break and I reaaaally bend them so I think it's a normal risk, so about the same as for the maker. I rarely use venture smart material cause of the few color options out there right now and the huge prices

Does it have to take Cricut smart vinyl or can I use some auto vinyl? I use the auto with my maker and explorer

Wow, it is fast, huge, and pricey. Will stick with the Maker3, or Joy extra. Got throught all the videos I think

Can your large format printer take poster board so u can do print to cut.

I suppose that would depend on the printer.

I have a question. Sorry not about the Venture. I got the Cricut joy for Christmas. I set it up but had some issues. Circut support helped me. But they told me I have to turn off the Joy in order to use my Explore 3. Has that been the case with you?
