It's so fucking frustrating. A victim has to relive and relive and relive the WORST moment of their life, has to include details to the nth degree because people (men usually) have this sick, vaguely fetishy fascination with the nitty gritty of assault, has to choke back their emotions (else they're "clearly acting, its so over the top") while showing just enough emotion (else they're robotic and obviously lying, why aren't they crying?), has to provide screenshots and screen recordings and voice chats to people on the internet with zero training in evidence evaluation and the cognitive skills of a freshly peeled carrot.....but an abuser can just....say "nah" and be believed, even with ALL the above present and accounted for.

@@zoerice4227 it’s unbelievably frustrating and disgusting. it’s so sick to me that a lot of this disbelief of victims is promoted and perpetuated by men who feel the need to scream false rape charge everytime another man is accused. it’s like this weird club in which men feel the need to defend the heinous actions of other men for what? because they’re fellow men or because they hate women? additionally, i’m so tired of men throwing this idea of false rape accusing into the convo whenever a man is accused of sexual violence or other inappropriate behavior towards women when the statistics just don’t back up how often they feel women are lying about rape. it’s like 1% of all reported crimes of sexual violence are proven to have been falsely accused. it’s just not a valid argument yet it continuously gets brought up by men whenever victims are discussed.

Hey, I've always thought Creep wasn't to be trusted. I tried to warn Mutahar, Edwin ect when they first started talking to her and they insulted and ridiculed me. So I stopped having anything to do with them. Whatever she does to them, it's on them. Emily deserved nothing. She is the real victim here. It's telling that they are so worried about exposing Creep for being a bad friend and not focusing on Emily's story.

Yes but it takes a certain kind of person to turn into what shannon was doing. I fully believe that shannon was the same kind of person Anthony is. Possibly she wasn't full bloom like him but ofc his influence allowed her to. Many other people in the same place as shannon wouldn't have turned out the same way.So while Anthony is the core of the problem, Shannon is equally as bad. Idk even if they ever broke up i think Shannon would be the kind of backstabbing btch to throw her friends under the bus and maybe even stalk other people if not emily. We still dont know too much about them either (their relationship on the inside) idk MAYBE Shannon had these bad habits before and maybe she is the one who influenced or encouraged Anthony to do what he did to begin with. I just.. in my gut i feel like regardless of Anthony in the picture, shannon deep down was not a good person to begin with.

on the subject of SA, it's VERY common for people not to realize that what they experienced was SA until years later. it took me over 20 years to realize that the SA that I experienced was actually SA. you don't have to immediately know it was SA for it to be SA. Emily's experience is unfortunately very normal for people who've been through something like that, and people (like Creepshow) trying to say it wasn't the violation that it was is unfortunately why many of us never come forward with our stories.

Agreed. I was pressured and scared into a SA situation and because I ultimately “agreed” to it just to make the person go away (he wouldn’t leave my room and he didn’t accept ‘no’ for an answer no matter how much I said it so I felt I had no choice), I figured it didn’t count as SA. My friend at the time (ex-friend, now, she also emotionally manipulated and hurt me, but I didn’t see that at the time) said I should feel “lucky someone would sleep with me at all” because no guys would with her, so I “shouldn’t be upset.” Took me years to just accept that I wasn’t at fault for that. That feeling hurt by it was valid. I mean, I was literally told by the first person I confided in MERE MINUTES after it happened that feeling distressed and violated was a SELFISH FEELING. That made me think I must not have experienced it the way I had. Sometimes it takes a while to realize and grasp what all happened. I can’t even say I’ve 100% accepted it beyond accepting the facts of it….. like, have I truly understood what that did to me mentally and emotionally? I… can’t answer that. To ALL those this has happened to, I am so sorry… SA is devastating, it’s world-shattering, I know. I hope that you are doing well, that you know there are many, many people out there that wish only the best for you. I hope you know you’re strong, even when it feels like you’re weak. I hope you know that help is out there in the forms of therapy, friends, and others close to you. I love you all, really, even though I’m just an internet stranger. I believe we can get through this and make our lives amazing, despite what happened.

My biggest fear is that Shannon is going to stage her big come back by throwing the blame onto Anthony by claiming she was also a victim of his. She seems incredibly selfish and self-interested so it wouldn’t surprise me if she weighed up the options because salvaging her career and reputation to the best of her ability comes above her relationship with him. While she may or may not be a victim of abuse - no one is this vile with an ex and nobody else - that doesn’t excuse any of her actions. She seems to take great delight in tormenting Emily.

Let me explain to those who don't know much about being on Heroin, what it is like. 1. It's extremely obvious that a person is extremely high on it. There would have been no way you couldn't tell she was incoherent. 2. When you are that high, you are literally falling asleep. When she said she was "nodding off" that's exactly what she means, that's what it's like, you're literally falling asleep, you can't keep your eyes open, you go in and out of consciousness. You can't even form a sentence without falling asleep in between each word. 3. When you mix Heroin with any other downer, like Xanax for example, it's like being on heroin ×10, which is why alot of long time users will stay away from xanax, even though it's the only way they can get really high anymore, it can be incredibly dangerous. Being completely inebriated on any drug, mean's you cannot consent. What about that is so hard for some people to understand.

100%. My ex of 8+ years struggled with a heroin addiction, and I can without a shadow of a doubt confirm exactly what you’re saying. The incoherency, lack of bodily control, nodding off (and I mean will be talking to you one second, and the next literally falling asleep into food, in the bathroom, while driving, it’s called chin to chest for a reason), your mind and body are at the mercy of that drug while using. Control and awareness of time are completely out the window. They can pass out for what to them feels like a minute but in reality can be hours. I just wish people just did some research before jumping down Emily’s throat. Sending her so much love 🤍🖤

I remember in Shannon’s stalker video, she mentioned that the reason “Amy” did everything was to cope with the shitshow of her life and how miserable she felt. I wonder if that was Shannon trying to justify what she was doing to herself. She was going through a lot with Antony and other factors of her life, and she decided to take that frustration out in disgusting ways. I’m not trying to excuse or sympathize with Shannon, but it’s just something I thought of during this videos Closing Thoughts section

I’ve got tons of credibility within my own community and with my art KZreadr colleagues, but for people who don’t know me, why would they believe this random KZreadr? Whereas Shannon was friends with literally everybody from every genre of KZread content… i knew it could be career suicide coming forward. She had a huge army of famous online friends on her side. But I had to do it, especially knowing she was now doing this to other people and stabbing her friends in the back. And to see some of her friends BELIEVE HER. That killed me. With so many women abusing the metoo movement and use it against men, there was an opposing extreme born to combat this extreme: People who never believe the victim, because they MUST be lying, right? My heart goes out for both victims of SA and and both men whose lives were destroyed on false accusations. But people have got to stop taking sides without evidence. It's okay to be skeptical, as long as we're skeptical about both sides. However, when being presented with a wall of evidence, turning a blind eye to the truth out of fear of being invalidated just makes you a fool nothing more.

And what they know deep down would be that these two people are genuinely really bad people, and they needed no reason to hurt her the way they’ve hurt others. The only reason they need is that they like it. They like making others feel small and having control. I hope you understand what I’m getting at.

I absolutely feel sick to my stomach when people, survivors, are pressed over and over to clarify and go into further detail on their stories, because people want to go fifty layers deep to believe the victim, and in turn, defending the villain in that same way. I've been gaslit by friends that very same way before, too, just telling my stories off the cuff but then being full out investigated by people I trusted as if it were life or death. Emily should never have needed to clarify so many of these private, intimate details for her "fans" or otherwise, this is the ridiculous culture we've gotten into nowadays.

@@NiceandAccurateMoose Thanks, Nugg. I, too, have had experiences when trying to face down a flashback and explain what happened in the situation, only to have my trusted person either sit in silence before changing the subject or flat out say that it didn't sound plausible. It's _REALLY_ fucking hard to tell a coherent story when you're disassociating due to PTSD, and I could hear Emily struggling through what sounded like a flashback. For Sick Boy to think that he is entitled to even MORE detail than the already graphic telling is, if not victim blaming, perpetrator excusing. I understand that it's important in many circumstances to get to the truth of a matter before forming an opinion, but this doesn't directly affect S.B., therefore he shouldn't *need* that level of deep clarity. I want to make one thing very clear to him and anyone else reading this: his "rational" questioning and demand for "clarity" IS WHY VICTIMS DO NOT COME FORWARD. ALL genders are affected by this bias and almost every single survivor I've spoken to has said they've tried to reach out to multiple channels and been shot down or straight up told they're lying. IF YOU'RE A VICTIM/SURVIVOR READING THIS: Your story matters. Your experience was horrendous and was NOT your fault. No matter what you wore, drank, injected, whatever. IT IS ONLY THE PERPETRATOR'S FAULT. You have a voice and some people may try to shame or silence you but FUCK THEM. Keep speaking your truth. Keep telling your story. There was even the thought that S.B. would rebuttal "but what about false allegations," and to that I say that since we are not a tribunal selected to judge in the court of law, our job is to be supportive. *IF* someone lies about S.A., which is a statistical rarity, then they are needing of empathy and mental health help to deal with whatever mental illness is causing them to lash out in such a fashion and empathy will not be misplaced. But remember that the number of cases of S.A. goes wildly unreported, 4 out of 5 FAB and 1 out of 6 MAB will experience S.A. in their lifetime. Of those who do report, 310 out of 1000 S.A's are reported to the police with 43% FAB and 10% MAB. An estimated 63% are never reported. There is ONLY 2 TO 10% OF ALL TOTAL REPORTS (reports, not instances) that are false according to the National Sexual Violence Resource Center. So again, learn the time and place to deep dive and FFS use EMPATHY.

I had thought that CSA may have possibly meant that it couldn't be true because Emily stayed in contact with him on semi-friendly terms afterwards, as 'proof' that she wasn't assaulted , as in 'You couldn't have been that upset since you were still working with and talking to him'. The thing is, in my own experience and that of many other people, we often do not cut off our abuser right away, because it can take a long time to process what happened, and in my case, I wasn't ready to fully admit to myself that what happened was that bad, and only remembered bits and pieces at first. Emily had stated in this video that Anthony referred to the SA as 'embarrassing' for HER because she was high at the time, so he assigned the 'blame' for his vile assault onto her. It's sick and twisted, but Shannon had a video referring to 'Amy',a 'cool goth girl who let boys in through her window and stole boyfriends' ( I'm heavily paraphrasing here, because I don't remember the exact wording), heavily alluding to Emily. Shannon, I believe was already dating Anthony at the time, and implied that the 'cool goth girl' seduced the guy. That's most likely, because Anthony spun it that way, changing the narrative so he didn't look like the bad guy. Absolutely vile and disgusting, and if CSA knew for sure at the time that he snuck into Emily's room, it could've fuelled her jealously and hatred, in fact some of the snarky comments sent to Emily from the sock puppet accounts were nasty judgemental insults about her former drug use. You could tell Shannon was just SEETHING. It wouldn't surprise me in the least, if Shannon and Anthony spy on each other's private messages and DMs to gather information so maybe she knew more about his interactions with Emily than she let on.

I'm so sorry they have done this to you; you and you family deserve nothing but peace, safety, and joy. FIRST OF ALL: I love the production you added to this while narrating. It's really well done despite the topic being maddening and awful. I hope this wasn't too heavy on you to follow up on. I'm actually kind of surprised to see another video on this. Not in a way like I think it's irrelevant or unnecessary because, and rightfully so, it isn't and especially to you. I'm more surprised at the amount of skepticism around your first video being enough that you felt like you had to put yourself through it again to further prove your story. Though sure-- we should hold these things to a standard and expect proof or "receipts", of course. However, for me, I thought your first video just simply made sense. Even though the things these two had done to you at face value sound ridiculous and out there-- learning separately about how awful Shannon's character actually is along with your context on who Anthony was (and most likely still is)-- suddenly crumbles the feeling of it being ridiculous and out there and instead be real and awful. This is going to sound so stupid, but my parents are such big fans of Judge Judy. Seriously, embarrassingly huge fans, but there is one thing my parents took from her that they'd tell me that I think is classically a great take which is, "If it doesn't make sense-- It's probably not true." That is the thing that I thought of when listening to Shannon's stories and her defense of herself and then viewing your video. Your story just. makes. sense. Just because it was mostly circumstantial evidence doesn't change the believability of it. Just my opinion. You're flippin' brave as hell. I hope this helps mitigate any hate you're getting. That's so messed up.

I don’t know if it was conscious or instinctive but saying that her current partner doesn’t want her in touch with exes was a potentially good strategy in dealing with a misogynistic ex. It’s not HER rejecting him, it’s that she is in the orbit of another man now, she is his “property” and he is making the rules. Especially as A seems to be non directly confrontational but working from shadows and through others, knowing that another male has a “claim” could make him distance himself more or go away completely. Tho the ambivalence of continuing the conversation kind of undermines that, and the “tend and befriend” dynamic that Emily mentions is evident. It can also suggest that A could keep working a wedge between her and her new partner as he could read this as implying that she isn’t entirely on board with the request of her partner to cut off exes. Of course with more domineering abusers, such a tactic could be dangerous because it sets them in competition to each other rather than the sense of “legitimate” succession. NONE of this is to fault Emily in any way in these exchanges. NONE of it is her fault and she did the best she could in the moments she was in, and clearly grew her strength and skills in handling them both over time. It’s tragic and horrible that she has gone through all of this. I was just kind of analyzing the strategy of using this approach with an ex who won’t go away and playing on their own misogyny and tendency to see women in a territorial or property kind of way. I 100% support and admire Emily.
