When I was in the military, we used to train in full battle rattle. Helmet, vest with plates, camelbak or canteen with water, mre, first aid kit, ammo, rifle, and pistol. I was special enough to get stuck with the M240B or M249, depending on my luck that day. We would do combat drills and running all day in the desert. I had to be carrying 50 to 70 pounds worth of stuff at certain points. Trust me I know how it is.

@@alejandroc7357 Okay, well I'm clearly not talking about those cases. I'm talking about objectively bad cops. The kind who lord their power over others without reason. To give an extreme example, where I live, there was one cop who literally had dozens of fairly serious complaints against him. Then, one day he arrested a guy and at the police station he dragged pulled the guy (Still cuffed) out of the car and slammed his head into the side of the car more than 20 times. The guy had to be rushed to the hospital and although he didn't die, he ended up with permanent brain damage. The cop got suspended for a year WITH PAY while "investigation" took place, then got fired. No charges were laid against the cop even though the whole thing was caught on camera, and by the way, the guy he arrested turned out to have done nothing wrong in the first place. This took place in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, some years ago, but there are too many similar cops out there (Whether Canada or America) and the police agencies protect them as long as the case is not high profile. Of course if it is high profile, then those same agencies will throw the cops under the bus, even if they did nothing wrong. The whole system is twisted.

I'm not sticking up for this guy's actions but, judges have ruled that running is not a crime. Black people fear the cops . I remember one case where cops beat the sht out of a black man because he was afraid . They just saw him run when they were walking near him so Blue Crip mentality is to beat the fk out of someone for no other reason than they ran because the cops proved why black people fear cops. I have watched videos where cops go to a call and grab the first black guy they see because obviously he has to be the guy. But none of these offenses are necessarily something he can be locked up for. He was creepy and made people uncomfortable in a store, ran from an officer, and lied about who he was. Even after they found out who he was, he didn't have enough of a previous record it seems. So, we wait and see if he re-offends. He probably will, but we can't lock people up for what they might do.

I agree , but like a few guy that do the police break downs say. A lot of times that taser don’t get a good connection. He hit the guy with the taser going out the store and dude was still, and you could hear him hitting the juice and dude was still running because wasn’t a good connection. I give credit to the officer he’s in shape to be running like that
