Growing up in Rural America running free from morning till night was best childhood oh, we had the best music the best times the best cars in the best memories. No other generation will ever have that.

No one else will ever match John's unique vocals. He WAS CCR.

Bro's, hard to believe they never has a number 1 song on the Billboard Hot 100. They had 5 #2's- Travelin’ Band, Lookin’ Out My Back Door, Proud Mary, Bad Moon Risin’, and Green River. They had 4 other Top 10's, but they are number 1 in our hearts!!!

They were a hit machine. A style and sound of their own... That never gets old.

Straight into an instant classic song, they do it time after time, distinctive guitar and vocals, Creedence always deliver.

Nice to see younger folks who are interested in the classics.

Jogn Fogherty rocked the hell out of it!!

I grew up on the great music of the 60's-70's. CCR has always been one of my favorites. They don't have a bad song! John Fogerty has one of the most unique & recognizable voices around. I had a lot of their records. All their songs are great - "Proud Mary", "Born On The Bayou", "Bad Moon Rising", "Lodi", "Green River", "Commotion", "Night Time Is The Right Time", "Down On The Corner", "Fortunate Son", "Cotton Fields", "Midnight Special", "Travelin' Band", "Who'll Stop The Rain", "Up Around the Bend", "Run Through The Jungle", "Lookin' Out My Back Door", "Long As I Can See the Light", "Suzie Q", "I Heard It Through The Grapevine", "I Put A Spell On You", "Sweet Hitch-Hiker" etc.

My FAVORITE CCR Song!! Makes me feel like I’m in the Swamps.

Lodi is a great song by CCR.

Cool reaction. Thank you guys SO much for all of your hard work! What a guitar riff! Nostalgic vibe for sure..A northern California band that brings you to the swamps and bayous of the southern US. It makes sense because historically in the US there was a huge migration from the south to areas of CA, bringing a lot of the culture and blues- based music to the region.

An almost perfect swamp rock song - the only thing I’d like is for it to be twice as long. Excellent reaction!

I was fortunate to play bass on this tune in the Johnny Elliott Band (nj original and covers act). This was always one of my favorite tunes of our set.

Great vibe and great tune, I have got so many of their songs downloaded and this particular one I downloaded ages ago - I just love John Fogerty's voice - it's so distinctive. Great reaction! CCR are so unique, which is true of many different bands back then.....each having their own "sound." I love Fogerty's voice as well. We saw a CCR cover band awhile back in Pittsburgh. It was amazing...not the same as seeing CCR but it was the next best thing! Thanks for your always good reactions! 😀

You might really like a more modern group called Little Big Town. Their song 'Boondocks' is great.

You guys are right-- this was about a real place the Fogerty boys used to go to-- Cody's Camp. It's very hard to have-- or pick-- a favorite CCR song...but this is it for me.

CCR is so Americana! I have always loved them. It's so interesting that their flavor is very Southern US but they are from California! Time to hit the Doobie Brothers, gentlemen. If you love CCR, you will love the Doobie Brothers as well. Start with Long Train Runnin.

My friend and I used to sing a lot of karaoke, and this was one of his favorite songs to sing, just so he could do the 'Weeelll' parts. Have you guys checked out John Fogerty's solo work? He carries a lot of the old CCR sound with him. I'd suggest '110 In The Shade,' 'Rambunctious Boy,' or 'Southern Streamline.'
