Step 1: Buy immaculate pieces of wood and build pallets.

Forget the wood this man is talented period. I loved that bar stool...The color was nice.

Love the "Old Pallet" description. Not one scuffed or dirtied piece of wood.

These don't look like old used pallets but enjoyed the finished project. My dad took some old used pallets from a local tobacco plant we once had in our city, cleaned them up and installed them as flooring in his house. Most beautiful floor I had ever seen.

Never seen such clean pellets before. Also the machines and equipment used cost more than buying a counter.

You can do this with harbor freight tools, wordwork is a very inexpensive hobby

Well done. I've just one pro tip, if I may - rather than screw, which could require pre-drilling depending on the wood type/condition, get yourself a pneumatic nailer. Much quicker, easier.

Best looking pallets I ever saw. Most are made with end pieces, cracked and knot filled wood.

I used to make stuff out of pallets and those are hard to get ahold of. Usually the spacing is further apart. When I did get them I would make benches because the boards are so close together. I also used to get oak ones that were 6'x12' and 6x15

I have, but they always have blue paint on the ends. We used to keep the really nice ones to store food on in the backroom.

I like this sort of craftsmanship. Very good job as I like to take on these kinds of projects with my own modifications. Like I would double the size then paint it with epoxy resin and add LEDs strips. The way this guy just cut the pallets to fit like a puzzle was too cool.

The only person that I have ever seen on earth that has unlimited access to BRAND NEW never used clean undamaged straight timbre pallets? I have never seen new pallets that have never touched the floor and this man has them in every video project while the rest of earths pallet furniture builders have to make do with broken stained warped molded pallets that are mostly not suitable to use this way without wood stain or paint

Question- do you recommend screwing in the countertop to keep it in place or would it be possible just to glue it on to give it a smoother look on top? Do you think that the glue would be able to hold the weight as well as screws?

Screw it from bottom up or countersink the screw holes deep enough so you can wood plug the holes. then you don't have to remove debris from the too screw holes.
