Great work. Looks easy.... Let me ask you something: A "mini landscape" like this can be exported to 3D software like Blender or Autodesk Maya and used as a scene?? A scenario?? Thanks.

Its called X Ray fills and is activate by holding the "B" key

Excuse my ignorance. How do you get the arc to draw on the top surface and then split the surface? I cannot find any videos showing how to do this.

Make sure you select automatic plane mode when in a 3d view and with a 2d drafting tool selected, then push pull after drawing with subtract mode activated.

Make sure you have both object selected?

Does this work on vw 2022? I draw an arc on the automatic pane, then go to extrude but the surface is not subdivided by the arc - it only goes to extrude the entire face. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Yes just make sure you have the right modes selected on the mode bar.

my cube faces doesnt turn blue, when i tried to draw the arc, it's just go to the ground,..?

You need to enable the automatic plane option from the top bar then you snap to the 3d surfaces

@@jonathanreevescad The bumps on the left side of your top middle layer. They just disappear, magically fixed. But I'm not sure what you did to fix it.

cant understand the "shell" tool keep saying failed.
