Hi @@chrisahmed8660, I believe you are missing the point. This video's message is largely independent of the physical product he's advertising and can be easily verified, given the scientific approach Simeon's taken. I can pick up this or any other creatine product with similar properties and do so knowing a lot more about its benefits, and do my own research on the associated cons and market competition. That is what I am ultimately impressed by; the information and how I can use it to improve my training. Hope this helps you discern whether or not a "sales pitch" could actually end up benefitting you, regardless of the advertiser's intent.

It may have a better absorption rate, nevertheless, achieves the same outcome once levels are fully saturated when supplementing creatine! Also important to note that the vast majority of peer-reviewed studies use creatine monohydrate. There isn’t enough research to say for sure that creatine HCL is better. That’s not to say that HCL is not worth supplementing. It's still creatine. It’s also more expensive. If HCL can be taken in lower dosages to reach fully saturated levels, then fantastic. Had a friend around the same size, he was on juice while I had just added Creatine to my regimen. So he cycled off, so never knew he was on the juice until he asked my was I using & what I was taking on my off cycle to keep my size & strength and to his surprise, I was only taking Creatine, Pre-Workout & my Whey Protein. I was surprised he wasn’t using Creatine, but he added to he regimen as well. I didn’t look as sculpted as he did because he was on the prohormomes, but I still looked comparable, and I felt safer just taking my little ole Creatine.

watchout man. your muscles filled with creatine but do not forget about joints and ligaments - they adopt to new weights slower. so advice - increase weights gradually, use cycle training (strength-mass-stamina).

Take it everyday, whether you work out or not. I've been taking it for the past 5 months and have gained 12 lbs. I drink a lot of water, lift heavy, and eat a lot more than I used to (before I didn't have the appetite and didn't want to eat so much that I felt sick). Nowadays I have the appetite and I feel stronger than ever.

I never knew how it works for the body. I've heard that it wasn't good for your body. I workout 3x a week sometimes 4 . I only drink protein shake . My question is should i take it for better results? And is it true creatine ruins kidney n liver n your body ? Will my body grow ? Is it true you have to drink plenty of water after taking creatine ? Thanks Simeon I needed to hear this GOD 🙌.

I’ve been on creatine for about a year now and it definitely does make a difference in your strength and endurance. Worth it imo

@@mesmerize15 Whey>creatin, safer on your organs. Plant protein shakes are safer than milk (whey), the downside is you won't see the gains if taking plant protein, because whey have a more complete set of proteins to build 2x the muscles at the same time (but comes with risk). Your kidneys will thank you years down the road, if taking creatine get blood work done every 4-6 months to check your kidney/liver enzyme levels, to see if they’re failing. Everyone is different, be safe.

HCL is better in IMO. Less water retention and dissolves quickly. Taste is bitter tho
